GAEUN LIKED HER NAME. it was the name her parents had graciously bestowed upon her and she lived by it for basically all her life. even the meaning of "ga-eun" was attractive: "kind; beautiful; delightful. so when a fictional character like bakugou katsuki stared straight into her eyes and asked if she was suzuki miyu, a name she has never heard in the manga before, gaeun knew she made it. she entered the stage as a side character.
"uh... i mean, yeah! that's me!" she quickly recovered, scratching the side of her cheek. "s-suzuki miyu!"
the name felt foreign on her tongue.
bakugou, as a response, gave a curt nod and then turned around to head back from where he originally stood. gaeun realized she was supposed to follow and scrambled to his side, head facing down. she waited for an explanation in silence.
