Russia and Germany are apart of the mafia, both their Dads owning some powerful companies and known to be ruthless. But, Soviet and Reich had planned on making Russia and Germany be arranged to be married since it could possibly be someone apart of another group to make them more powerful.

But, Russia didn't want to be apart of the Mafia but was forced to, he thinks the whole arrangement is stupid but thinks of maybe finding someone to pretend to marry so his father could leave him alone and let him have more freedom. And Germany, well, he never thought about marriage or such as he wanted to be a scientist or a doctor at most, so he also thought of doing Russia's plan as well.

You would have to fake marry one of them. And, if you do fall for them and want to actually be with them, you'd have to convince them. Also, you can be apart of a Mafia or not, your choice uwu.
