His Kryptonite - Broly X Reader

What If... part 1

What if you and Broly actually spent sometime together when you were kids.

I sat in the corner of the cave with my knees brought up to my chest and my arms were wrapped around them. I didn't like where I was and I was scared. The man named Paragus said it was okay for me to live here with him and his son Broly but I didn't really feel welcome. I just wanted my parents to come back. I also was still very wary of Broly ever since he punched me in the stomach. I didn't even really accept his apology.

"Mommy, daddy" I sniffled.

Behind me stood Broly, he was confused on why I would just sit in the corner everyday. He felt like it had something to do with him but then again he didn't really know. He still kept his distance from me because he didn't know how to approach me. His father also told him not to bother me unless it involved training or helping him with his injuries.

"I hate it here" I cried, hugging my knees tighter.

Broly took a step close to me, kicking a pebble in the process that startled me. I turned around to see who it was. "Oh it's you" I turned back around. "Go away. Leave me alone." Broly didn't listen to me and took another step closer to me. "I said go away!" I made an attempt to swing my arm back to hit him. He dodged it with ease and grabbed my arm. "Let go!"

"Come with me" was all he said as he yanked me up from the hard ground. He pulled my arm and forced me to follow him out the cave.

"Aargh! Let. Me. Go!" I demanded and tugged on my arm. I kept yelling at him to let me go but he didn't listen to me. I eventually gave up and allowed Broly to take me to where ever he had planned on going.

As the two of us walked, I couldn't help but notice that we were getting closer to one of those large holes in the ground. Those holes contained giant cat like monsters with a body of a snake in them. The only reason I knew that was because I came across one when I was looking for other people on this planet. Let's just say, that green "grass" is very dangerous.

"Wait, Broly! These holes are bad!" I tried to pull on my arm again to get him to stop but he didn't. "We have to..." I started as one of the green cat monsters emerged out of a hole with a roar.

I let out a scream and tried to get Broly to release my hand. The more I tried, the closer the monster got to us. I felt tears come out of my eyes because I knew that we were going to be eaten by this monster. "Please don't" I cried and closed my eyes, waiting for my demise.

"Bah, this is (Y/n)" I heard Broly say. I opened one of my eyes and saw that the monster was close to my face. It was sniffing me. "She's good." The monster sniffed me some more and grinned. It proceeded to nuzzle me with it's face and I was so shocked by this. "Bah likes you."

The creature Broly named Bah backed away from me, still grinning. He then went back into it's hole and wagged it's tail at us. It was almost like it was telling us to come over to it. Broly understood this and made us go over to where its tail was. I couldn't help but notice how soft the creature's fur was underneath my feet since I was barefooted at the moment. "Soft" I commented.

The creature made a noise and looked at us. It was waiting for us to sit down up against it's tail. "Sit" Broly ordered and the two of us sat down. I was still uneasy about all of this but it did made me feel a little better than I was feeling earlier. Broly noticed this and looked over at me. "You stopped crying."

I looked back at with a confused look. "Wait. So was he trying to make me happy?" I thought and kept staring at him when he looked at Bah. "Maybe he's not that bad" I continued to think.

Broly and I got a little closer to one another thanks to Bah. The two of us would leave the cave and go see Bah. While we where there, Broly would have Bah attack him so he could train. I on the other hand just watched him because I couldn't dodge Bah like he could. Broly offered to help me but I declined. It just made me happy knowing that I wasn't completely alone on this planet.

All was good until Paragus found out one day.

Once Paragus found out and shot Bah's ear off, Broly and I between distance again. Paragus said it was better this way since my only purpose was to help train and heal Broly's injuries.

"I hate this place" I mumbled to myself as I laid on the ground, looking up at the yellow colored sky.
