Deep breath. Inhale and exhale.

Sana had a nice breakfast at Mina's before leaving. It was so kind of Mina to take her back to her apartment but Mina didn't touch up on the previous night at all. Weirdly enough, she didn't mention a certain pale girl which confused Sana nonetheless but she mentally thanked Mina for that.

And now, she's standing in front Nayeon's apartment building, sweating nervously as she doesn't know what to expect. Nayeon's mad at her and Sana has no idea what she did to make her feel this way.

Sana and Nayeon have been friends for a long time and the fact that they rarely fight just proves how great their friendship is. It takes a lot to make either of them angry so this really is fucked up on Sana's end.

Sana took in another deep breath, trying to calm herself down. She fisted her hand and brought it up to the door, hesitating a bit before knocking twice.

Two minutes later, the door began unlocking and Sana inaudibly gasped as she wasn't as prepared as she was. She stood straight and tried to look as calm as possible but when the door opened and revealed the person behind it, her heart began to sank and she felt guilty all over again.

Nayeon stood there before Sana. Her hair was tangled, clothes disheveled, makeup smudged, and dark circles underneath her eyes. She looked horrible. And Sana caused this.

"O-Oh my god..." Sana breathed out as her eyes scanned Nayeon's appearance.

"Look, Sana," Nayeon croaked as she rubbed her eye, "I'm really not in the mood to talk right now."

"No, Nayeon, please-"

"Sana. I don't want to talk," Nayeon grumbled.

"Please, Nayeon, I just need to-"

"Sana!" Nayeon exclaimed which immediately shut Sana up as she stared at her.

Nayeon sighed as she fidgeted, refusing to look Sana in the eyes, "I just... do not want to deal with this right now."

"Nayeon, please," Sana pleaded, "I don't even know what I did to anger you this much. Just talk to me, please. I need to know what I did."

This made Nayeon look at her again, furrowing her eyebrows.

"You don't?" She questioned, "No memory of last night at all? You seriously have no idea what you did?"

Sana hopelessly shook her head, "Not a single clue."

Nayeon stayed quiet and was hesitant before she stepped to the side, silently letting Sana know that she could enter her apartment. A small and weak smile crept up onto Sana's face before she entered Nayeon's place. She walked
over to the couch but didn't sit down right away. She turned to Nayeon and watched her slowly close the door.

Once Nayeon turned around, Sana saw a different look in her eyes. It was full of hurt and sadness. Sana really messed up big time. Nayeon reached the couch and signaled Sana to sit, which she did. A silence washed over them, which was awkward and not comfortable, but Sana didn't want to pry and waited patiently for Nayeon to start.

"I know... I might be taking this a little bit more personally and I might be a little dramatic," Nayeon began, "But, last night... you really hurt me."

"And what hurt even more is that I know you're a lot more honest when you're drunk," Nayeon added, "You meant it. That's why you rarely ever get drunk. You don't want to hurt others... but, you hurt me."

Sana frowned as she took Nayeon's hand, "Nayeon, what did I do to upset you this much?"

Nayeon fished out her phone from the pocket of her sweatpants as she unlocked it. She looked up at Sana who looked utterly confused.
