Don't worry my friend
The history books won't mention us
Not a trace will be left of the dead
Who end up mediocre, boring and dread
Only the violent, vicious and extraordinary
End up in the pages of history
Saved for all time
Or until all the books
Are burned to ashes
Back into the earth
Where history began
From dust to dust
And white ash to grey ash
We all return to where we came
No more Hitlers
No more Mussolinis
No more Genghis Khans
No more crazy Mansons
No more Bin Ladens
No more terrorists, villains and dictators
No more Christs
No more Buddhas
No more Gandhis
No more King Juniors
No more Steve Jobs
No more saints, heroes and innovators
All the living and dead
Violently forced back
Into the stardust of the Beginning.
