Hana's Pov
I looked at the rain pouring outside my window. The sky is cloudy and dark just like my life. A year has passed since I left that place. That place which brought me happiness, that place which colored my boring life, that place where we held our hands together in harmony.
Seoul has been a great experience and created the most beautiful moments of my life. Sadly, those people and that life had just turned out to be a beautiful memory. A memory that breaks my heart yet makes me smile.
Sydney could never match Seoul. I could never make friends here as I made in there. The laughs, the squeals, and the cheers, all of them keep ringing in my mind not giving me a chance to forget them and him.
I walked myself to Kyunghee's room to check her. Her condition has been worse lately and I feel so guilty that she is undergoing that because of me. I feel so guilty that I am the reason for her sorrow, her pain and her depression.
She took a break from her studies as she couldn't concentrate on the clinical rotations. It wasn't even a week since she started them, she took the break immediately. Appa didn't tell her anything though he keeps asking her to go back to the practice. But she didn't.
She lost her track in career, her happiness, her cute little smile, and most importantly her love. A tear escaped my eye seeing her lying on the bed unconscious. She has become prone to panic attacks since we left Seoul and is going under treatment.
First, it was a mild depression and she started taking treatment under a psychologist. Later, it turned out to be serious that she started having panic attacks. Eomma knew about her condition but Kyunghee took a promise from us that we shouldn't reveal about it to Appa.
We have been hiding it from Appa since long and he became so busy with his business that he didn't notice her condition. Though at times, he asked her if she is feeling well or not. I don't need to be surprised because he has always cared about her.
Eomma got to know about us and became even closer to us. Kyunghee spilled it all, she spilled about my love and also hers. Eomma is also helpless as she could do nothing about my condition. She felt guilty for not asking my permission for the marriage.
She tried to convince Kyunghee to go back but Kyunghee was so adamant. She was very much sure it would be a mess, a complete mess if she goes back to Seoul. And Eomma, she kept apologising to me for the mess that could never be cleared
Baekhyun recently got transferred to Seoul a month ago, since his father got permanently settled over there. Appa was sad about it but later they convinced him that Korea is the place they wanted to settle at last.
