She was scared, scared of being loved. She wasn't scared of her loving just them loving her back. The only people who knew her was her family. But one day all of that changed.

It was a normal day at my house. Sarah was gone, Rose was gone, Rafe was gone, so it was just me, Wheezie, and Ward.

"Hey Weezie." I said jumping onto her bed

"Hey Y/NN." She smacked my forehead

Y/N Cameron wasn't anything like her younger sister Sarah. Y/N was shut off towards people that weren't family, she was scared, scared of love.

"I'm going out to get some stuff, you need anything?" I asked

"No but go ask Dad." She said

"Ok." I said "See you later Weasel." I joked

"Bye Rat." She joked back

I walked into my room and grabbed my bag and put my swimsuit on since I was going to the beach for a little bit. After I got my stuff I headed into my dad's office.

"Dad, I'm heading out for the day." I said

"Ok, Y/NN, have fun." He said

"Need me to pick up anything while I'm out?" I asked

"No, I think Rose is going to the store tonight." He said

"Ok, I'll be back before 9." I said "I'm going to the beach."

"If you see John B try to talk to him." He said "You're 17 Y/NN, you need to talk to people." He said

"No promises Dad." I walked out and shut his door.

I grabbed my ukulele since I know I'm gonna want to write music.

I got the beach and set out my towel and sat down and grabbed my Ukelele, I started singing a song that I knew by heart. (when she loved me by Sarah Maclachlan)(songs also at the top)

I started singing and strumming, I was so focused on what I was doing I didn't even notice people walk up to me, I finally looked up when I heard clapping.

"Wow, that was amazing." The girl said

"You're good." The dark skinned boy said

"Wow." The blonde boy said

"Y/N Cameron." The brunette boy said

"John B Rutledge." I said back

"Introduce me." The girl slapped his arm

"Y/NN this is Kie, Kie that's Y/N, Wards oldest daughter." He said

"She's to hot to be a Cameron." The blonde said

"That's JJ." Kie said

"And I'm Pope." The dark skinned boy said

"Do you need something?" I asked them

"Well, your sitting alone, and your father told me you dont have friends." John B said

"Ouch, thanks for calling me out." I said

"Shut up." He said "I want you to come hangout with us."

"I don't know." I said

"Nope come on." John B threw me over his shoulder
