You laugh and make jokes with the ones around you but me.
You give them your sweet smile.
I wish you would give me that smile once again, but your eyes slide over to the next person.
I act as if I'm okay with it.
As if you failing to acknowledging me wasn't anything.
But it hurts.

The rejection that you've given me without knowing.
Despite that, my heart races while your around.
My smiles are brighter.
My laughter is louder.
I feel better when I'm with you.
