Chapter 7

After Quirroh saying those words I was shock. I am not sure if he is pertaining to me though nag brown-out. So nilabas namin ang mga flashlights namin at sinabihan kami na bumalik na muna sa mga upo-an namin.

When the lights came back we continued the game. While playing Quirroh and I were so quite. It was so awkward when he suddenly hold my back when I was about to lose my balance and we stared each other for a second before he let me go. I feel like I am heating.

"Thanks" I whispered to him while walking back in our seats kasi natalo kami.

"Always welcome, babe" he said with a wink.

Why is he calling me that by the way? Baka naman ma sanay ako nya'n haaa? Its time for exchanging gifts. I'm a little bit nervous i dint know why maybe because si Quirrioh ang na bunot ko?

Hi guys! I'll start since I am your president. My Manito was one if my friend. He is handsome of course at medyo pasaway. So my manito is Ryan" she said.

So by the time I am waiting and I'm a little bit curious kung sino ba ang naka bunot sakin. Natauhan ako noong tinawag si Quirroh na sya na daw ang susunod kasi Jaira and Jun exchanged each other.

Why I am so scared? "My manita is a newbie here" he said while avoiding me. "She is a little bit suplada and of course she is one of the 'most' beautiful girl not just here in the church but of course sa boung lugar natin" mahabang sabi nya 'bat ba grabe yung kaba ko? "My manita is her" turo sakin ni Quirroh. I am so surprised! My eyes widened and I looked around baka kasi hindi ako ang tinuro ya. I don't know why she didn't say my name. Maybe he has no idea who I am though. Binigay nga sakin ang regalo nya medyo nanginginig pa yung mga kamay ko ang parang nababasa pa.

"My Manito is makulit" I said. "He is Quirroh" I gave him my gift and I can see that he's also surprised. I gave him a smile and go back to my seat. When we're done everyone's opening our gifts except me. I want it to open sa bahay nalang. I also saw Quirroh who's not opening his gift too. Duh! Mahal ka ya nang gift ko sa kanya.

After the party. Of course, we need to help clean our mess. When we was about to go home I suddenly stop at the from of the church and looking at the field. I am thinking that I will have some moment with myself there I just want to talk to my self and to the moon. We haven't talk each other for a while now.

" Oh, Babe? " Vionna asked when she saw me stopped.

" You can go home first " I simply said to her with a smile on my face.

" Why? Did you left something? " She asked.

" No, I just wanna stay at the field and get some air. " I replied.

" Whaaaaaatt?! May asthma ka babe?! " I was shock when someone shouted. Taena ka Jairaaaaaa! Bobo mo talagaa! lahat ng mga kasama namin tumingin sa direksyon namin. Doon ko nalang na realize na lahat sila na hinto pala kasi hinihintay nila ang Presidente nila na bumalik sa kumbento at may kinuha. Hindi ko man lang namalayan kasi nakatingin ako sa field.

" Tanga mo talaga no? " Bless said to her. I didn't know that my friends were listening to us.

" Oh, tara na! Salamat sa paghintay " the President said.

" Babe? You want us to come? " Bless asked.

" Uhmm... No need. I just want to be alone for now " I said.

" For now? Wow! Palagi yan babe! Tanga! " Vienna said.

I looked at Briscia but she's avoiding me hinayaan ko nalang sya baka tinopak. We just laughed and they walked home. They were all used to me when I said I wanna be alone they will leave me or else I will get mad to them and of course they also know that I can handle myself even si Earl hinayaan ako. When I am at the field humiga ako sa mga damuhan. I came here to see and talk to my Bestfriend which is the moon or should I say 'my Luna'. May roof deck naman sa bahay pero parang trip ko ngayon dito kasi mas presko ang hangin.
