"Dragons?" Aurelie asked feeling incredulous. Taking the list from her brother, who was not pleased with being interrupted for an uncountable time since he had started reading it, she checked the authenticity of his reading.
'Who knows if it is written Donkey and his glasses are showing him Dragon? Can't trust his glasses' She thought, mentally imagining her twin's face if she said her thoughts out loud in front of him.
Finding it true, she turned her attention to Hagrid and asked in disbelief, but not before moving the list from one hand to another so it stays out of her irritated twin's reach in order to make him more irritated, "Dragon exists?"
"Yes 'elie. They do exist." Hagrid said, giving a boisterous laugh, "They say there are dragons guardin' the high-security vaults of Gringotts, the wizard bank. And then yeh gotta find yer way -- It is hundreds of miles under London, see. Deep under the Underground. Yeh'd die of hunger tryin' ter get out, even if yeh did manage ter get yer hands on summat."
"Do you..."
"There is a Wizard bank?" Harry asked, forgetting about the list in his evil sister's clutches. A smug smile forms on his face upon seeing his sister's irritated face at being interrupted.
'Ha, take that!' He thought smugly.
"Just the one. Gringotts. Run by goblins."
"Goblins ?"
"Yeah -- Never mess with goblins, Potters. First stop fer us is Gringotts. Need ter get yer both money out." Seeing their shocked faces, he added, "D'yeh think yer parents didn't leave yeh anything?"
"Gringotts, the things in the list, can we find all this in London?" Aurelie wondered aloud.
"If yeh know where to go," said Hagrid mysteriously.
"Do you have one, dragon, as a pet?" Aurelie asked her question finally, feeling giddy at being able to see any possible dragon.
'I need to revise my bucket list as soon as possible. Make it magical.'
Harry doesn't need to be a genius to know what his suicidal sister is thinking. Seeing the excitement radiating from her, he now fears the answer of their magical friend.
Not for his sister but for the Dragon.
"Unfortunately, no," Hagrid answers sadly, causing Aurelie's shoulders to drop in dejection. Taking a deep breath, he added, "But I would like to have one." One can hear hope in his voice for having one.
Hearing Hagrid's hope for having one, Aurelie, giving thumbs up, said, "I wish you good luck," Giving a full-blown smile, she added, "But I should know first. Together we will take care of him. We will also name him. Or her. Wow, it will be so much fun." The more she said, the more her voice increased showcasing her fascination with having a dragon. But all the fantasy broke when her brother opened his useless mouth.
"Are dragons allowed as pets in the magical world? Is it legal?"
"Who cares," she said, waving her hand nonsensically.
"No, it's not. It's illegal and very costly to get a dragon egg," Hagrid answered him sadly, "Fast and misunderstood beasts, Harry. Fast and misunderstood."
"Oh look! We can get a cat." Aurelie said pointing at the list, catching the word 'PET'.
"Why can't you take out your own one?" Harry asked, finally being able to take his list back, "You're distracting me by snatching it repeatedly."
"Too much work for me." Aurelie replied, "And when I have you, walking, talking list, why should I trouble myself?"
"You're hopeless."
