"Ughhhh!!" Inis na pinatay ko ang alarm ko. I looked at the wall clock, it just 4:00am.

I drowsy but I manage to get up, I rubbed my eyes and started to dress up. I'm wearing a black tank top, leggings and white Kohl's sneakers.

I also bring my cool jag, towel, my phone and earphones. When I'm already done, I slowly open the door of my room, carefully not to make sounds.

Nang tuluyan na akong nakalabas ay madilim pa sa buong pasilyo. Tulog pa sila. Sinasakto ko talaga na ganitong ora's lumabas dahil walang naglilibot. I don't want to be caught.

Isang taon na rin since ginawa ko ito kaya sanay na ako.

I use to walk in a tip toe way para hindi marinig ang tunog ng sapatos ko. Medyo malayo pa kasi rito ang hagdanan. I can't use an elevator. Hindi pa ata sila gumagana ng ganitong oras. I don't know.

Paliko na sana ako ng biglang bumukas lahat ng ilaw sa pasilyo kaya napahinto ako sa paglalakad. What the heck!

"Good morning Nurse Na" Rinig kong lumabas na sila sa mga kwarto nila.

"Shit!" Gising na sila.

Narinig ko ang yapak ng mga paa palapit sa akin kaya nataranta ako. Naghanap ako ng matataguan pero dahil sobrang taranta na ako ay hindi ko na alam kung saan ako pupunta. Shit!!!

I gasped when someone pulled me.

Nagtago kami sa ilalim ng hagdan. I can't see who the heck pulled me because its dark here. I'm about to say something when he quickly covered my mouth. What the heck?!

Nang makalagpas na ang mga nurse sa hagdan ay tsaka niya ako pinakawalan. Hindi muna kami lumabas sa ilalim. I open the screen of my phone and focus it to his face.

I know him but I just can't remember him....

"Where are you going?" He asked and removed my phone focus on his face.

"R-rooftop...." I just said, I'm still remembering where and when I first saw him.

"Okay, wait..." He peeked to see if anyone was passing by, nang masiguro niyang wala na ay lumabas na siya. Ganoon rin ang ginawa ko.

May sasabihin pa sana ako ng hilahin niya agad ako patakbo sa hagdan paakyat. What the heck!?

"Bilis!" Masayang sabi niya kaya binilisan ko na lang din. Exercise na rin 'to! I just wish walang nakarinig sa mga yabag namin.

Nang makarating kami ay sinara kaagad niya ang pinto sa rooftop.

Pareho kaming hinihingal ng makarating doon. Sumalubong kaagad sa amin ang malamig na simoy ng hangin. I looked at my phone and it's still 4:20am.

The guy still holding my left wrist.

"Are you planning to take off your hands on me or not?" I asked then he looked at our hands.

"Oh" He removed it.

"You're one of Mazedon friend, right?" I asked when I remember him. He is the second guy who saw me at Mazedon room, he is also the one who offer me to seat. He looked at me then smiled.

"I'm glad you still remember me, lady" He said then offer his hand. "I'm Jex, you are?"

Nagdadalawang isip pa ako kung tatanggapin ko ba ang kamay niya but I accept it in the end.

"Sanaa" I introduced and shake our hands.

"Nice to meet you, then"

Ako na ang unang bumitaw at naghanda na para sa work out ko. Nilapag ko muna sa isang gilid ang gamit ko. I start doing my stretching.

Jex just seat there and watch me do my stretching. He looking at me while his arms crossed on his chest.

"I want to join you but I'm not prepared" He said. I just give him a glance and continue my thing.

"What are you doing here? Are you going to visit Mazedon? Ang aga pa" I asked, did not gave him a glance of look.

"Well, kagabi pa ako rito so hindi ko masasabi na masyado akong maaga" He shrugged. I looked at him while doing stunt.

"You mean...kagabi ka pa nandito? We're did you sleep?"

"Mazedon room"

Yeah. Right. Ofcourse on Mazedon room. You're so idiot Sanaa.

After I did my stretching I start to connect my earphones to my phone. Kinabit ko ang isa sa tenga ko habang hinayaan na lang ang isa na hindi. I need to here if Jex will talk.

"Are you always jog here?" He asked when I'm starting to jog in the whole surface of the rooftop. He just following my gaze.

"Yeah"

"I know there's a gym inside of this hospital"

"I'm not allowed there"

"Why?"

"They don't allowed gorgeous there" Pagkasabi ko no'n ay bumulalas ng tawa si Jex.

"So you're gorgeous, huh?"

"Di mo sure?" Nang makalima na akong balik at huminto na ako. Pinunasan ko ang sarili kong pawis. Then I drink my water.

"So are you going to go home now?"  I asked him then I seat next to him.

"Yeah, I'm busy" He said then I smirked.

"You're busy huh? But you have time to watch me here?"

"Well, it's fun, though"

Agad akong tumayo sa harap niya.

"Anong nakakatawa don!" Maghehesterical na ako dito. Nakakatawa pala akong panuodin mag jogging. This jerk!

"Hey, I'm just kidding--"

"Kidding mo mukha mo!" Inirapan ko siya at iniwan na doon. Mabilis kong kinuha ang gamit ko at lumabas na doon. It's 5:00am.

"Hey!" Hinabol pa ako. Binilisan ko ang pagbaba hanggang sa makarating na ako sa floor ng room ko. Maraming ng mga gising.

I keep walking. I didn't care about the nurse who saw us.

"Hey! Sanaa, im just kid..........ding" napahinto kami pareho ng makasalubong namin si Mazedon. He has his oxygen tank beside him.

Palipat lipat ang tingin niya sa amin ni Jex.

"Hey, bro" Bati ni Jex. I just rolled my eyes then walked away. Isa pa ang lalaking yon. He said not to cross our path again pero siya itong bigla biglang sumusulpot. He told me not to greet him right? Then, aasta na lang ako na hangin lang siya.

"Hey, Sanaa, wait!" Hinabol pa rin ako ni Jex. What annoying guy?

Huminto ako sa tapat ng pinto ng kwarto ko at hinarap siya.

"What?"

"I'm sorry" He said. I looked at our side and I saw Mazedon still looking at us. What's wrong with him?

Hinarap ko ulit si Jex. "You don't need to say sorry, so go now, you're busy right?"

"Yeah, I will go, but.....I will be back again tomorrow, so see you" He said then turn his back to me, he just salute to Mazedon then he walked away. What the heck?
