Nobody's POV The twins were now 16 and returning to gravity falls, it's been 4 years since they defeated bill and they had both changed. The change happened right after Dipper came out to Mabel and their parents...
Dipper's POV Mom, dad and Mabel were sitting at the table talking. I walked over to the table and Mabel greeted me casually "hey dip dip" I smiled weakly and said in a slightly nervous voice "hey... um I have something to tell you" I started to fiddle with my fingers and my mom spoke up "what is it sweetheart?" I took in a shaky breath and said something I'd learn to regret "I-... I'm g-gay" I looked down and waited for a response.
There was a moment of silence then a sharp pain on my cheek that threw me to the floor. I held my cheek and looked up to see my father standing over me with rage in his eyes. He practically screamed at me "GO TO YOUR ROOM" I scrabbled to get up and ran to my room as fast as possible, once I was in my room I closed my door and locked it. Sure, my dad had a temper but he'd never hit me before. I slid down my door and started to silently cry.
Nobody's POV After that Dipper's father started to mentally abuse him calling him worthless and faggot along with other names. Mabel stopped talking to Dipper mostly ignoring him until she got friendly with the popular girls and started to bully Dipper getting some guy friends to beat him up whenever they pleased. Then his mother passed away and his dad started to drink. A week after his mom passed his dad start to abuse him physically.
This changed Dipper a lot, his interests mostly stayed the same but his personality was shattered, he rarely spoke and if he did it was usually when he was spoken to. He started to smoke but was careful not to let anyone find out. He also started working out and studying fighting styles, practicing them when he had the chance. He also got really into parkour and was rather good at it. Often, he would parkour on buildings that were more than ten floors not caring if he were to fall.
Description, Dipper: He has dark brown hair, heavy bags under his eyes from insomnia and a tattoo on his left arm. He has large scars on his back from his father and some light scars on his wrists that are self-inflicted, he usually hides his scared wrists with long sleeves. Also, the sleeves help him hide his tattoo that he got without telling his father or Mabel when he was out drinking, though he doesnt mind it. As it reminds him of a happier time.
