On a first note, thank you guys so much for reading this book! I spent so many hours writing these chapters, getting lost in time, and loving every second of it, and I really hope it paid off- I know it paid off because your guys' comments and votes spoke volumes. I love every single one of you who came on this journey with me! This book found popularity so quick, and it was truly a crazy experience for me! I'm so proud of myself for finishing this book- my first completed story eVER!!!- and it's all thanks to the motivation you guys provided me with, so thank you, again!
Secondly, yes, there will be a sequel! Duh! But, that's the good news 'cause the bad news is you're gonna have to wait for Season 2 of OBX to roll out first before I even think of writing the next chapter for Rafe, Graylin, and JJ. I can, however, tease you guys with the sequel's cover which I got excited and made:

I would love to hear your guys' ideas of what's to come either for the show or for Graylin! I'm personally looking forward to seeing a redemption arc for Topper and well, to see how Rafe and Ward handle the shitstorm they got themselves into. As for Graylin, I know I wanna play around with her being madly in love with Rafe (cough, cough, like the title hints), but I don't know what's in store for Rafe. If he keeps going down a dark path in the show, then it's not looking good for Graylin and him, is it?
And then there's JJ's revenge plot 🤭
Only time will tell what happens, boys and girls.
Lastly, I'm glad I finished this book before school really kicked in for me. I'm not gonna lie– honestly, I probably shouldn't get your hopes up like this, but– I've had a story idea for JJ in my head for a while now- BUT I have virtually no time to actually bring it into fruition. I'm planning on taking a break from publishing on Wattpad until season 2 comes out so I can focus on school (and on a story I've already created by making a sequel when the times comes). But I love writing so who the fuck knows if I say fuck-you-midterm-that-I-have-tomorrow and write fanfiction instead, lol. I've definitely been in that boat before.
