Keeping their relationship on the down low was going great. It was perfect. Miraculous even.

Until one person may have started to catch on.

"I'm telling you she suspects something." Adrien told Marinette at one of their study session in her room.

"Why do you say that?"

"She keeps staring daggers at me during class."

"How can you tell?"

"I can feel it."

"So... maybe... she might be."

"You knew? Then why haven't you said anything to her."

"It would look suspicious." She defended. "To her I'm the Marinette that has a slight crush on Adrien who's stuck in daydream land."

"Slight?" Plagg and Tikki asked at the same time.

"Yeah slight?" Adrien also asked.

"Speak for yourself massive Ladybug collection."

"Hey... there is nothing wrong with showing support to our fans. You even have a Chat Noir shirt."

"Yeah because you bought it for me."

"Just so you can see what showing support feels like." He defended.

"It says 'Chat Noir's Number 1 fan' on it."

"...I mean it's not like it's wrong."

She rolled her eyes.

Most boyfriends, when gift giving, would get their girlfriend nice jewelry, chocolates, a stuffed animal instead Adrien Agreste gave his a Chat Noir shirt.

"I don't know why you're complaining it's comfortable. I have a Ladybug one."

"I can't believe you sometimes." She shook her head.

"Maybe I could see Alya's Ladybug collection before she murders me."

"I don't understand why you're so concerned about her finding out."

"It's... Alya... Cesaire." He said slowly.

"Ok you may have a point." Marinette agreed.

"You think she would be more or less angry that we haven't told her?"

"Depends."

Keeping their relationship on the down low seemed like the best bet. They both knew how they felt about each other after awhile, figuring out everything out after the reveal. However, from an outside perceptive Marinette and Adrien being a item would seem like a very VERY sudden thing. To others around them they would natural ease into it so it didn't seem like this sudden out of the blue thing.

"If she's just staring daggers at you maybe she doesn't know fully."

"You better be right about that." He said for the sake of his life.

If it was one thing that she heard maybe that would be fine but they just kept piling up and up more and more. Alya had more than reason to not only suspect but also be concerned. She didn't want them to take their relationship too quickly. What she overheard before entering class made her more suspicious that something was going on.

She was on her way to class, about to enter the doorway when she noticed that Marinette was at her desk and Adrien was talking to her. Instead of walking in she stopped and hid her body behind the doorway and peered in, overhearing their conversation.
