Growing up back then when my parents were still alive, my father would make me watch the 7pm news with them so I'll be informed. He'll curse at our government and their corrupt ways and say "This country needs help." and my mother will reply "We need a hero to save us from our leaders."

"Like wonder woman?" I would ask turning to look at both of them "Not necessarily like your wonderwoman mama." My father would say "Anybody can be a hero." Mother would say "Anybody?" I would ask eyes growing wide with wonder "Yes mama, anybody who is willing to serve with honesty, truthfulness, obedience and generosity. Anybody willing to help others without thinking of what he will gain is a hero." He would say.

"Don't heroes need superpowers?" I would then ask and mother would smile "Everyone has something that makes them super, like how fast you can run." She would say "Or how your mother is always happy." Father would add.
"I returned my teachers money to her when it fell down today, does it make me a hero?" I would ask and Father would nod "Yes Mama, you're a hero." He would say "Our little hero." Mother would say hugging me her eyes full of pride.

But things aren't always that simple...
