Personality: she's a bully, a rich, snobby stuck up bully. Of course she has her good parts, towards those she views as being her equal/on equal grounds as her she is a funny, kinda airy girl who seems to need help and someone with her but with those "below" her it's mainly insults and not sparing them a second glance past that. She is rather shallow as that's what she's been told her whole life, as long as she's pretty she's good enough and often frets over small things. Backstory: Nora was born to a rich family, not a good one, or a overly respected one but a rich one. They have old money that's way of being earned hasn't changed, providing weapons to anyone willing to pay the price they're charging. She was always rather shoved into the corner in favour of her brothers leading to her starting to be a bully for attention, until she learnt that just resulted in more favouritism not directed at her which was when the many servants around the house became targets for her frustration and boredom.
