Man is made of thoughts. And the best way to improve them is by reading a book. Right books will give you wisdom even if you refuse to take it. It will help you to become a learned man.
And the duty of this learned man is to educate others, criticize for right cause and stand for overall good. If they can't express what's in their mind without fearing judgements, there is no point in reading the books and being a learned man.
Unused swords in war and unused learned man in revolution are sickening.
