"Yaish, did I not told you not to wait for me here?" Kevin nagged as he walked closer to his bestfriend.

Haneul was waiting at the sidewalk, opposite of Kevin's school. She scoffed with her arms crossed. "You didn't even listen to me and you expect me to do the same for you?"

Annoyed at his friend, Kevin went for a headlock. Haneul was surprised but did not scream, instead she elbowed his lower body. She straight up her body as he crouched his body, wincing in pain.

"Serve you right, boy." Haneul smirked in victory as she took light steps away.

Kevin rolled his eyes. "Can't you at least button up your uniform?" He mocked. "What would my friends say if they see you..." He mumbled.

She turned her head as she laughed hard. "You got friends?"

Clenching his fist, he knocked on her forehead. "Whoever reaches the bus stop first gets to be treated by the loser!" He yelled and dashed, leaving her frozen on the spot for a moment.

"YAH KEVIN MOON!!!" And she quickly ran in an attempt to catch up with the master of impromptu bets.

"Why isn't prettyboi online..." Eric sulked as he scrolled the list of his friends in the game.

Juyeon clicked his tongue. He had been hearing that for the past an hour and he was slowly getting annoyed. "Stop relying on others, carry our team instead."

"No... I mean it's fun to play with prettyboi. There are so many things I can learn from him." Eric reasoned out but Juyeon did not want to buy it.

"Do you think he's as pretty as those idols, pretty boy?" Juyeon changed the topic.

Eric clasped his hands. "Damn, then he's like those boyfriend material kind of guy. Pretty sure he's famous in school. All the girls be like wilding~" He was goofy around as if he's part of the prettyboi's fanclub.

Juyeon snickered at his adopted little brother. "Let's play one more round then head for dinner. I'm starting to feel hungry."

"Deal~" Eric sang excitedly, forgetting that he was missing prettyboi's gameplay.

"You know, you don't have to follow me home. You can just go to the PC room and play." Haneul softly said as she nudged Kevin's side.

The two of them were on the bus sitting side by side with Haneul losing the bet as expected, but Kevin was the one that paid in the end.

"If you're gonna study, I need to study too." Kevin argued back.

She frowned. "But I have a test tomorrow, you don't."

He pouted. "I don't want to be the only one not being productive."

"Omg, okay fine fine. Let's study together then." She cheered him up.

Next day, Eric gasped as he found a familiar username online.

"Who who?" Juyeon asked as he peeked over.

"Kevyonce!" Eric cheered then paused. "Wait, where's his friend?"

"Maybe sooner or later he will join." Juyeon guessed.

"Hohoho, finally~" Eric beamed and added kevyonce into a match.

kevyonce: you mean prettyboi?
kevyonce: prettyboi is having a test now

energyboi: oh...

kevyonce: probably meeting later

energyboi: can I tag along?

kevyonce: are you for real?

energyboi: i'm bored .-.

LJ: pls take this boy out, i gotta go somewhere later

kevyonce: LOL okay then uhh let's say 3pm at convenience store near district 9?

As planned, Kevin was waiting for the arrival of the energyboi at the convenience store near Haneul's school.

"Kevyonce?" Eric popped out of nowhere that Kevin almost spit out the soft drink he was sipping. "Ohhhh I'm sorry I'm sorry." Eric apologized.

"It's alright. Do you want to get anything from the store?" Kevin chinned to the direction of the convenience store.

Eric hummed in response as he pondered. "Nah, it's fine. Let's go to prettyboi's school~" He sang.

Kevin chuckled and led the way.

As they were chatting, mostly Eric story telling his annoying teammates he played with, Haneul's school was in their sight. Eric slowed down as he took notice of the surrounding.

He slowly raised his arm, pointing at the girls' school. "Why are we...?" He asked in incomplete sentence.

Kevin was cackling deep in his heart but he controlled his facial expressions. He chinned to that school. "That's where prettyboi is schooling at." He then continued taking steps with the waddling chick boy.

"No way..." Eric mumbled.

Awhile later, Haneul made her appearance and Eric was frozen in his spot. Haneul was actually looking at their direction, her eyes obviously at Kevin but Eric was mesmerized by her beauty.

Haneul waved with her soft smile and Kevin knew what's up.

"You did bad for your test didn't you?" Kevin cracked up when Haneul was nearing them.

"Shut up." Haneul hissed as she gave a light punch Kevin on his shoulder.

"You... are prettyboi?" Eric questioned, gaining the bestfriends' attention.

Haneul showed her sheepish smile at the awkward nickname she got from kevin.

Kevin slapped himself. "Oh right, I forgot to introduce. Prettyboi, energyboi. Energyboi, prettyboi. What a similar usernames but okay whatever."

"H-he was the one that created the username." Haneul was caught stammering on her words, embarrassed.

"Ahhh, you're really pretty though." Eric blurted out his compliment from deep inside his heart.

And awkward silence filled in their air.

"Can I get a hoyaaaaa~" Kevin sang in breaking the silence. "Okay gurl, he's tagging us along for today. Soooo what do you feel like doing now?" He asked his bestfriend.

Haneul cleared her throat as she felt pressurized with the energyboi giving his attention to her. "I haven't eaten lunch yet, can we eat first?"

Kevin nodded. "More like us accompanying you to eat but sure leggo~"

With Kevin in the middle of energyboi and prettyboi, they walked down the pavement side by side.
