It was the weekend and Haneul had to do her assignment but clingy Eric wanted to join her as well. If it was not for her busy college life, the couple would have gone out for a date instead.

Feeling bad, Haneul brought Eric to a comic cafe where he can read as many books as he wants to keep himself entertained.

"What did you pick this time?" Haneul asked as Eric came back with a couple of books with him.

Eric grinned as he showed off the books he had always wanted to read. Seeing the excitement made her smile as well.

"Don't mind me, and just focus on your assignment okay?" Eric motioned her to go back with her work while he took a seat opposite of her.

The couple came when the store just opened and hence they managed to get a small cozy room filled with cute pillows to themselves. Since there were no proper tables and chairs, Haneul borrowed a low table from the owner for her laptop so that she can work on her assignment comfortably.

Haneul snorted a laugh. "Fine."

Not long after, Haneul noticed head bopping from the corner of her eyes. She took a peek away from her laptop and her boyfriend was dozing off even in a cross-legged sitting position.

"Youngjae-yah." She called out numerous times but received no response from the latter.

She then straightened her legs, underneath the low table, and tapped Eric's leg with her feet.

Eric bolted from the touch and blinked his eyes when he met his girlfriend's gaze. Haneul patted her lap and Eric sleepily crawled his way to Haneul's side. He placed his head on her lap and grabbed her left arm to hug like a bolster.

Using her free hand, Haneul gently patted Eric's head then refocused back on her assignment. It does not take long for Eric to fall asleep but he could wake up easily with a simple touch from his girlfriend.

Haneul can't keep it going with just one hand if she wants to finish her assignment quickly. Slowly, she managed to claim back her hand from Eric's but paused when he started moving.

Eric changed position and hugged her waist instead. Haneul smiled as she caressed the sleeping baby before she continued with her assignment.

"Isn't this expensive??" Eric whispered to his girlfriend who was about to make payment.

Haneul sneakily pointed at the promotion flyer which was displayed near the counter. Apparently before she woke Eric up, she searched up good places to eat for students and booked in advance using hers and his ID.

Eric made an 'o' shaped mouth and ruffled her hair. "Thank you, my lady."

Haneul gave a side glance. "I'll look forward to your next treat."

"Sure sure~" Eric chimed.

The couple was then brought to a table by the staff. Haneul planned to just place her bag and get food together with Eric since it was a buffet place but Eric pulled her down.

"I'll get you good food." He puckered his lips with a wink and left her laughing in speechless.

That's my boyfriend. She smiled to herself as she watched her boyfriend at the food counter, picking food without much thought since he already knew her favourite food.

He came back with plates of food and they began eating.

"Should we game later?" Haneul asked.

Eric hummed in response as he pondered. "Your eyes need to rest, I'll bring you somewhere instead."
