Will's POV
I pull away and stare into Mike's hazel eyes
"Mike", I begin to say, but before I can he pulls me into a big hug
and cries
I stroke his back and whisper in his hair "it's ok, it's ok"
Then Dustin comes out and shouts our names and we reluctantly follow him inside.
"Where were you guys" Lucas questions but neither of us answer
The girls are sitting in the corner on the sofa braiding each others hair, giggling
The D&D box has been left discarded on the floor
Mike's POV
"I'm hungry " Dustin exclaims
Will and I laugh and run upstairs to fetch some food
My hand hovers over the box of Eggos.......El's favourite
"What would you like Will?" I ask tentatively
"Eggos seem great and ooh do you have chocolate sauce?"
I smile, both in relief and at his cute smile
We cook the waffles and balance them all on a tray as we walk carefully downstairs
El squeals when we get there at the smell of fresh Eggos and lets go of the plait in Max's hair
We eat in silence
Max is the first to speak
"Um, guys we both have something to say"
El grabs her hand and squeezes it gently
"Well firstly" El says "We're coming out as lesbian"
silence
"And" Max starts "We're going out"
silence
Will starts to clap and then we all begin clapping and cheering and Max kisses El's cheek
"We have something to say as well" I add
"We're also gay" says Will " together"
The girls clap and Lucas and Dustin cheer, I throw my arms around Will and the rest of the world falls away.
Lucas looks outside "Guys it's snowing!" he screams
We all run outside without coats or hats but we don't care
