❝He takes me to places that I've never been.
To the edge of light where darkness begins.❞
When Ari woke up the next day, she thought she can still taste it in her mouth. She still doesn't like the salty aftertaste of it and Sangwoo made her swallow it. Not to mention, he didn't give her lemon lollipop back and Ari didn't know why she felt irritated. Maybe it's because there's a tendency when he's begun to act childish that Ari wasn't the least bit amused.
When she walked down for breakfast, she noticed the table in the kitchen is empty.
"Ari, we're going out to eat breakfast," Sangwoo said behind Ari. He was leaning on the doorframe and Ari knitted her eyebrows.
"Outside?" She asked. "Why?"
It's not like she still doesn't want to go out, she did ask him once to bring her to a church. But now Ari doesn't particularly want to go out. And to eat breakfast?
"Nothing. Is it wrong to eat outside once in a while. Come on," Sangwoo said, taking her wrist as they stopped just at the foot of the hallway and Sangwoo put his hand on her head.
"Go upstairs and take your coat. I'll wait here."
Nodding her head, Sangwoo's hand fell to his side as Ari went upstairs. The small thud on wooded floor from her feet can be heard as Sangwoo leaned on the wall.
Earlier that week, when he went out to eat at a diner near the University with some friends, he saw two particular people that took Sangwoo's interest. He was fairly good at memorizing people's faces that he still couldn't seem to grasp just why he accidentally abducted Ari that day instead of that girl. But oh well, it's a mistake he never regret.
