They told you i am a beast,
You told me you want this.
I gave you the pieces you need,
To see my complicated puzzle piece.

I told you they painted me colors,
They painted me blue, red, green, and white.
They drew me like a villain in the movies,
I ended up broken and colored pitch black.

I told you the reasons,
Why i grew my wings,
Sharpen my fangs,
And pointed my horns.

I became an open book,
And you know how hard it took.
For me to tell the things,
I wanted to forget.

I am the devil,
Yet you brought me hell.
While i was there,
Trying to offer you heaven.

You made efforts to dig,
Deeper enough to get me.
Yet you dug me up,
Just to bury me again.

I dug my way up,
I rose again.
Slowly but surely,
I played their game better.

I grew my wings bigger,
I made my fangs sharper,
My pointed horns got longer,
I shut the switch they call humanity.

They called me heartless.
He labelled me beast.
She called me devil.
Have they forgotten?
They made me like this.
