The Avengers, His little Monster

Ch. 10 "Loki"

                                                      Third Person POV

"Clint, you're gonna be alright," Natasha said 

"You know that? Is that what you know? I got... I gotta go in though I gotta flush him out," Clint said 

"We don't have that long, it's gonna take time," Natasha said 

"You don't understand, Have you ever had someone take your brain and play? Pull you out and send something else in? Do you know what it's like to be unmade?" Clint said 

"You know that I do," Natasha said 

"Why am I back? How did you get him out?" Clint asked 

"Cognitive recalibration, I hit you really hard in the head," Natasha said 

"Thanks," Clint said 

Natasha unfastens the restraints 

"Tasha, how many agents?" Clint asked 

"Don't Don't do that to yourself, Clint, this is Loki this is monsters and magic and nothing we were ever trained for," Natasha said 

"Loki, he got away?" Clint asked 

"Yeah, I don't supposed you know where?" Natasha said 

"I didn't need to know I didn't ask, he's gonna make his play soon thought today," Clint said 

"We gotta stop him, besides he kidnapped Lilly," Natasha said worried 

"Yeah? Who's we? Who's Lilly?" Clint said 

"I don't know whoever's left, Bruce Banner's child," Natasha said 

not long after Steve walked in full uniform, 

"Time to go," Steve said 

"Go where?" Natasha said 

"I'll tell you on the way, can you fly one of those jets?"Steve asked 

Clint walks out of the bathroom, 

"I can," Clint said 

Steve looks at Natasha she nods, 

"You go a suit?" Steve asked 

"Yeah,"Clint said 

"Then suit up," Steve said 

"We've got the world to save and a little girl to rescue," Steve said 

                                                     Lilly POV

I'm still handcuffed to the pole, Loki was staring at me I looked away, maybe If I concentrate I can change into something small, 

You see small animals are difficult for me to do, its hard, Next thing I know Loki is towering over me, 

I back away until the cuff clinks against the metal pole, 

"Do not try anything stupid my little pawn, you are no match for me, and you will not escape easily," Loki said 

I finally looked him in the eye, 

"My daddy will come and you will regret kidnapping me," I said 

Loki smirked, 

"Now why would he come for a child who isn't biologically his," Loki said 

I looked away, 

"You and I know he won't come for you," Loki said 

"Now be a good pet and stay put and don't cause any trouble," He said walking away, 

I sat on the floor holding my knees, deep down I knew Loki was right, I'm not his real daughter, why would he come for me, 

Loki was standing proud with his scepter, when Tony walked in towards the bar, 

I stood up, which caused the metal on metal of the pole and cuffs make noise, he looked in my direction in shock, 

"Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity," Loki said 

"Uh... actually, I'm planning to threaten you," Tony said 

"You should have left your armor on for that," Loki said 

"Yeah, it's seen a bit of mileage you've got the black stick of destiny, would you like a drink?" Tony said 

"Stalling me won't change anything," Loki said 

"No, no, no! threatening, no drink? you sure? I'm having one," Tony said 

"The CHITAURI are coming nothing will change that what have I to fear?" Loki said 

"The Avengers," Tony said 

Loki looks at him confused 

"It's what we call ourselves sort of like a team, Earth's Mightiest Heroes type of thing," Tony said 

"Yes, I've met them," Loki said 

Tony smiles 

"Yeah, takes us a while to get any traction, I'll give you that one," Tony said 

"But let's do a head count here, your brother, the demi-God, a super solider a living legend who kind of lives up to the legend, a man with breath- taking anger management issues not to mention her father," Tony said pointing at me, 

"A couple of master assassins and you big fella, you've managed to piss off every single one of them," Tony said 

"that was the plan," Loki said 

"Not a great plan, when they come and they will they'll come for you," Tony said 

"I have an army," Loki said 

"We have a hulk, and once he finds out you took her," Tony said pointing at me, 

"Your in deep shit," Tony said 

"I thought the beast had wandered off," Loki said 

"You're missing the point, there's no throne, there is no version of this, where you come out on top, maybe your army comes and maybe it's too much for us, but it's all on you because if we can't protect the Earth you can be damned well sure we'll avenge it," Tony  said 

Loki slowly walks up to Tony raising the scepter, 

"How will your friends have time for me, when they're so busy fighting you?" Loki said 

Loki tapps Tony on the chest with the scepter Ping... Nothing, Ping.... Nothing again

"It should work?" Loki said 

"Well performance issues, you know?" Tony said 

Loki grabs Tony by the throat and flings him across the room, 

"Tony!" I yelled 

"I'm alright kid, Jarvis anytime now," Tony said 

Loki grabs him by the throat again

"You will all fall before me," Loki said throwing Tony out the window, 

"Tony!!" I screamed 

Tony arrives in a new suit, 

"And there's one other person you pissed off! his name was Phil" Tony said 

Tony fires at Loki sending him on his ass, 

Next thing I know is I hear a bunch of screaming and these weird looking things, flying around I was having a hard time controlling my animal, 

"Daddy where are you?" I said feeling tears start to well up in my eyes,
