D:: fine I was doing all that, why are you getting jealous? You just said you hate me.
S:: you dog....!!! You said I'm jealous? You think I hate you? You think that's why I was waiting to see you? You think that's why I wanted to sit with you? You think that's why I wanted to spend the day with you?
D:: then tell me why?
Suzanne:: Dev??
Seeing Suzanne there both Dev & Sonakshi was startled and Suzanne was shocked all three of them stood in their positions for sometime not knowing how to react to this situation.
D:: hey Suzanne
Suzanne:: everything okay here?
(Dev just thought this was the best time to make Sonakshi little jealous)
D:: Yea everything is fine sweetheart, I was just asking Sonakshi what's wrong why is she not playing Antakshari with us. What you doing here?
Suzanne:: I was just looking for you, I wasn't enjoying without you
D:: awww how sweet.. common lets go out and play Antakshari
Dev walked away arm in arm with Suzanne making Sonakshi more frustrated
As they went back to playing their game Sonakshi came out and went straight to Dev's parents
S:: Uncle Aunty!!
DevParents:: yes Beta!!
S:: if your son cannot stay loyal then tell him to not call me or even contact me.
(She storms away leaving the parents shocked and also Dev Shocked)
Sanjay:: Dev what did you do?
D:: what did I do?
Deepa:: I'm sure you must've done something. Poor girl looked so disturbed
D:: Maa I didn't do anything
Suzanne:: Aunty Dev didn't do anything...  infact he was actually asking her what happened
(Sonakshi comes out again with her bag)
S:: Bhai, bhabi lets go, I wanna go home
D:: Sona what's wrong?
S:: my name is Sonakshi!
D:: why are you doing this?
S:: seriously? Why? Anyway why don't you go play Antakshari. I asked my brother and bhabi to go home I didn't ask you to leave anyone
As she was walking away Dev grabbed her hand and pulled her
D:: Sonakshi that's enough!! Why are you dong this?
S:: why are you doing this?
D:: what am I doing?
S:: trying to make me jealous
D:: are you jealous?
S::why should be?
D:: then why are you complaining?
S:: Dev I hate you
D:: when did you love me to hate me?
S:: I LOVE YOU ENOUGH TO HATE YOU!!!
(Pin drop silence,, yes everyone just became quiet they were all shocked, surprised and for Dev it was the best feeling ever, he didn't know how to react for almost a minute may be, everyone was quiet suddenly Dev just hugged Sonakshi)
D:: I'm ready to face your hatred if it's out of love.. I love you Ms. Sonakshi Sharma
S:: I love you too
D:: I've been waiting to hear this for ages and you thought I'm thinking about someone else? Last ten years I've been living in my virtual world with you and now I'm going to let go my real Sona. Now don't say your name is Sonakshi and I know it and it's a beautiful name but I want to call you Sona

Sona looked at Dev and saw his tears still flowing and running down his cheeks, she wiped them with her hand
S:: Dev I hate tears (mimicking RajeshKhanna)
Dev smiled and hugged her back
On the other side both the families realized that it's time to celebrate and congratulate each other. Suzanne and her mother had no clue what was happening
Suzanne's mom:: you said Dev likes you
Suzanne:: he was being so nice to me, I thought may be he was flirting with me
Suzanne's mom:: thank God I didn't say anything then that would be so embarrassing. Why do you always feel if any boy is being chivalrous he is flirting? Stupid girl!!
Suzanne:: maaaaa!! I didn't know !!
Suzanne's mom:: now please don't embarrass me and act normal
After they had dinner it's time to head back home and this time Dev made sure it was Sonakshi who sat next to him. Dev held her hand on the car and they drove silently.
Dev was smiling through out the drive and Sonakshi kept wondering why is he smiling and atlast she thought of asking
S:: you are smiling!!! Are you thinking of something funny?
D:: no nothing like that
S:: no definitely not.. I'm sure you are thinking of something. Tell me what are you thinking about.
D:: nothing like that
S:: now I'm very sure you are laughing at me. Tell me now Devvvvvvv.....
D:: okay okay... I was just smiling thinking how you got jealous that's it nothing else.
S:: so you think it's funny? Do you know how bad I was feeling?
D:: but I don't even know why you were feeling jealous? Why would you think that I'll think of another girl?
S:: why not? Before you didn't know me personally so well so you must've thought of me in a different way I mean you made me the way you wanted to but now in real may be you didn't like me and that's possible.
D:: you are really silly... if I really wanted to be with someone then why would I invite you specially when there's another girl involved?
S:: I don't know, may be to show that you moved on and I should just for get you
D:: seriously you think that way?
S:: I don't know.. may be...
D:: I can just say one thing I will never lie to you neither I will hide anything. I can just say if any such thoughts ever come to my mind I will tell you and never keep you hanging for anything
S:: so that means chances are there?
D:: you girls are so complicated, I grew up in a family full of girls and it's still so hard to understand them
S:: noway we are not complicated at all, it's you boys who just doesn't understand
D:: obviously it's hard to understand complicated things
Sonakshi made an angry face and obviously Dev gave up and he squeezed her hand lil bit
D:: okay I'm sorry don't be angry and I'm sorry that because of me you were hurt, but I'm glad you didn't give up on me.
S:: how can I give up on someone who never gave up on me
Dev smiled and kissed her hand and soon they reached home, the drive felt so short they wished it was longer and they could just be together.
Sona's family thanked Dev for such a lovely day and for inviting them, they both looked at each other wanting to be together for some more time alone but the day came to an end. Sona's family invited him to come in but it was too late so he said he will come some other time. Dev still wanted to talk to Sona but that didn't happen so he had no choice but to leave, as they go in the family is happy. In five minutes Sona get a call and she runs outside frantically
S:: Dev what happened? Are you okay? You told me to come out like this?
Dev doesn't give her a chance to talk anymore he takes her in a hug
D:: sshhhh!!! You talk too much
S:: Dev!!
D:: Sonakshi I just couldn't go home without hugging you once
S:: and that's why you had to call me like this?
D:: I can do anything to be with you. Okay now you can go
S:: you are sure?
Dev makes sad face and nods to a no but then he says
D:: promise me you'll next weekend you will spend the whole day with me?
S:: promise!!
D:: good night
S:: Goodnight
D:: ok
S::Let me know when you reach home
D:: ok
S:: and listen
D:: yes tell me I'm listening
S:: drive safely
D:: yes ma'am
S:: Devvvv!!
Dev turns one more time looking at her
S:: I .... I love you Dev!!!!
Dev hugs her one more time
D:: I love you too
Dev comes back home and at home everyone is excited. Next few days Dev and the family still entertained the Suzanne and her mother as their guests happily even though Dev knew Suzanne was interested but she behaved once she got to know and she was very for Dev and Sona. In between Dev did manage to have their short coffee dates after work but as promised Sona went out with Dev for the day.
The night before the day out::
D:: Sona make sure u were comfortable clothes may be jeans or pants
S:: why?
D:: because tomorrow we will spend our day in a theme park
S:: what? Theme park? OMG!!!! That sounds exciting... I love going on rides..
D:: I know
S:: you know?
D:: yes, when we were kids I've seen you go on rides and how happy you used to be but guess what
S:: what?
D:: I'm scared of roller coasters and those scary rides
S:: you are not serious?
D:: actually I am and the rides have become more scary nowadays. My sis would always take me and I was always scared.
S:: Noway!!! You were always into sports and always loved playing rough games and you are scared of rides
D:: playing sports is totally different you are in control but in the rides oh God I don't wanna think about it.
S:: then why do you want to go there
D:: because I want you to know my flaws too
S:: aww Dev!!! You don't have to do this if you don't want to
D:: no I want to because I know you won't let me be scared
S:: I promise!!
Next day around 11 in the morning Dev picked up Sonakshi they went to a park with all the crazy rides.
S:: so let's start with something light okay
D:: Okay the small rides are good I don't mind them
S:: okay good for warm up
So they go to most of the small rides which were not so dangerous and Dev was enjoying the rides but then came the roller coaster which had two loops and he wasn't too sure about it but Sonakshi said he can hold her hand.
D:: Sona my heart is stuck in my throat
S:: Don't worry Dev it's only a minute ride and I'm here just hold my hand ok?
Ofcourse Dev was cursing himself for coming here as Sonakshi wasn't scared at all and he is almost peeing in his pants but once the ride started he just held her hand and some how started liking the ride and actually enjoyed the adrenaline rush...
D:: wow that was awesome Oh God I never thought I'll enjoy it so much
S:: see I told you
D:: thanks Sona
S:: don't thank me because we still have some more to go but the Ferris wheel 🎡 we will go at the end
D:: do we really need to go on that?
S:: don't tell me you are scared of that? It's not even scary or anything
D:: I know it's not, when I was little I saw a movie where this guy falls from the Ferris wheel and dies after that I don't know why I get so scared
S:: Dev nothing will happen
Dev just nodded and smiled then they had lunch took pics played some games and it was almost evening and it was time for the Ferris wheel. Dev was so nervous and Sona was excited and then they sat on it. It kept on going up as they kept picking up people on the ride
S:: Dev nothing will happen just hold my hand okay

Dev held her hand tightly shaking his leg little bit
S:: Dev don't look down just look at me
As they kept going up and now they are at the top and Dev was scared
Suddenly the ride wasn't moving, it seems a fight broke out in the que as few people broke the line and the fight got little big and some of them wouldn't let them start the ride if they allowed people who broke the line to go first. But Dev and Sonakshi has no clue what was happening and they were stuck at the top.
D:: Sona I'm not getting the right feeling
S:: Dev don't worry I'm sure nothing major happened. Dev don't look down, look at me Dev....
