Enemies?

Draco and Harry were supposed to be enemies, everyone could see them glaring, hear them calling each other names. But did they hate each other? Was there lust behind their voices?

"Potter"
Draco mumbled as he walked past Harry,

"Malfoy"

Harry muttered back, their fingers lightly intertwined for a brief second, no one seemed to notice.

"Ugh, bloody Malfoy."
Ron said

"How come he's always got to be everywhere we are?"
Hermione asked, crossing her arms and huffing slightly.

"Uh, I-I don't know."
Harry said distractedly, staring behind him.

"Malfoy's almost as bad as Umbridge! Don't you agree Harry? Harry!?"
Ron yelled shaking Harry from his daze,

"Huh? Oh. Uh. Yeah."
He agreed.

"Harry, are you alright?" Hermione asked, feeling Harry's forehead.

"Yeah, I'm just.., nervous for Umbridge's class."
Harry lied.

They were in 5th year at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry and had just finished lunch and we're now off to defence against the dark arts with their foul teacher, professor Umbridge and after that, potions with professor Snape. At least Harry had something to look forward to that night...

"Harry, haven't we got quidditch practise tonight?"
Ron said, inturupting Harry's thoughts.

"What? I thought that was on Saturday!"

"Nope, Angelina wants an extra practise."

"Damn"

hopefully it won't go on too long Harry thought.

"Were you planning in doing something tonight?" Hermione asked suspiciously.

"Oh. Uh, not really, I was just going to.. study!"

"Oh perfect! I'll come with you!"

"No!"
Harry yelled, everyone jumped and Hermione looked slightly taken aback.

"Sorry, no I-I would -er- like some time alone."
He lied, again.

"Oh. Alright then." Hermione said, sounding a bit disappointed and sad.

"It's alright 'mione! I'll study with you!"
Ron piped up eagerly.

"We can grab some books from the library and study in the common room!"

"Ooh alright!" She said happily as they entered the class.

"Thanks mate." Ron whispered to Harry, winking.

"Don't mention it." Harry said distractedly.
