Nagaro spoke with a calm but unwavering tone,his voice was heard by everyone on the docks as they all gazed at the Male ship,it was quite higher in pitch but it was suitable for someone of Nagaro's stature,Nagaro touched his throat as he was readjusting to speaking,which was reasonable for someone who's never talked in the their entire life
Nagato and Mutsu,rushed towards their brother as they pulled him into a tight embrace,tears started to fall from the eyes of the 3 as they cried for their brothers new voice
