I closed my eyes and leaned in and I think Zach did too.

I noticed Zach didn't come downstairs so I ran upstairs to see that Kate was leaning in to kiss Zach. Anger started boiling up inside me. As, quickly as possible I grabbed Kate's hand and ran out the door to the park.  

"Why did you do that?" Kate said angry

"I'm sorry.. I was just...just." I said stuttering 

"Just what!?" she said

"I was just jealous" I said turning around

"Jealous? Why" 

"I see the you look at Zach, did you guys used to date?" I said

"Yah" she said quietly

I turned around and hugged her.

"I like you, a lot" I said

"Me too" she said

We separated and I leaned in and kissed her soft lips.
