Reader POV
I stepped off the plane from Paris where I had just come.
In my hand was a suitcase with a (color) marble pattern and a Eiffel tower keychain on my backpack.
Heads turned my way when they got a whiff of my designer merchandise and perfume.
Whispers could be heard as I made my way to the limo awaiting me.
"The arrival of the world-renowned chocolatier Choi (y/n) has arrived in Japan," a newsperson said.
I climbed into the limo and saw my brother in his buzz-cut glory. "Bonjour, Satori."
"Hey! You've certain got that classic 'bitch don't mess with me' aura on," he smirked.
"Always good at guessing, that's the trouble with you."
Cameras flashed outside when the limo pulled away.
I removed my sunglasses to reveal prominent (e/c) orbs glittering dangerously. "It's been a long time since my days at Shiratorizawa. I do hope the culinary masters there won't be surprised to hear that we're opening up a shop in Hyogo,"
"They already know. And you should've seen their faces." Satori let out a wicked cackle. "Oh, stop being so proper! All that time spent with those elites has done you bad. Losen up!"
"How can I?" I licked my lips with anticipation. "I am about to open a Tendo Chocolate shop in Hyogo. Next to one of the biggest competitors. Onigiri Miya."
He sighed. "I take that you and Osamu still aren't talking?"
"We stopped talking years ago." I fixed my hair and tied it into a sloppy bun. "He doesn't matter to me. I only care about beating him though our fine baked goods and chocolate."
The limo pulled up to a small house that was large enough for me.
It was in a cute neighborhood. I dropped off my things inside the house before the limo drove us to our chocolate shop.
My heels clicked behind me as I walked, my vibe giving off a bitchy yet powerful and elite aura.
And damn right I was.
I was no longer that cheerful girl that everyone made fun of.
No.
I had gotten stronger, tarnished and rebuilt by the everlasting horizon as I searched for the finest ingredients ever.
I saw the shop for Onigiri Miya. It was literally right next to mine.
I took off my Chanel sunglasses and looked up at the display of our shop.
