I hear my mother's hysterical cry. Everything is dark. I can't see or move. I don't know where I am, but it's smell like I'm in a hospital.
"Mia had an undetected heart condition. She didn't make it." I remember this voice. He's our doctor.
"We did our best to save her. I'm so sorry."
I remember now. We are having a bone marrow transplant to save, my twin, Mia's life.
I heard the doctor gasps before saying something to my mother.
"It's Mona! Are you sure it's Mona?"
The last thing I hear is my mother's scream of joy.
