"Why is that you're working yet talking to me?" Elike asked glancing up towards the blue-haired girl that never seemed to leave her alone. Mingan smiled softly leaning against the palm of her hand as she watched the girl play with her food.

"It's called break honey" Mingan answered as she pushed back of long hair behind her shoulder "Besides I've got to talk to you" Since Elike moved there Mingan found every chance to talk to her. Mingan knew what she was but she hadn't said yet.

The reason being that the pack had a bad reaction to the new wolf. They were worrying over nothing so Mingan made her job to make sure that Elike would be allowed to join the pack. "About?" Elike asked raising an eyebrow as she brought her eyes towards the always smiley girl.

Mingan's happy attitude immediately changed into a serious one to show that the topic was serious. Elike sat up straighter slightly surprised at the change of attitude but kept her ears open eager to know what they were gonna talk about.

Just as she was about to answer Mingan was called by the chef to get back to work. Sighing Mingan stood up "I'll talk to you after work" She pointed her finger towards Elike with a teasing mocking serious face. "Don't you dare go anywhere"

Rolling her eyes Elike laughed muttering a soft whatever even as slight worry bubbled inside her. She just hoped it wasn't anything too serious. For example at the fact that she was a werewolf.

When the time came the two girls sat in the living room of Mingan's house. Embry was on patrol so it was just the two girls that were home. "So what did you want to talk about?" Elike asked softly leaning against the armrest of the couch as she brought her feet up to lay on the couch.

Elike looked around the house humming softly as she took in the scenery of it thinking it was nice but also weird since the materials that laid on the shelf were weird. Other than that Elike thought the house was cozy and comfortably nice.

Sitting down on the coffee table Mingan sat up straight as can be as she looked at Elike. "I know what you are" She stated bluntly as she looked at the girl. Elike sat up shocked to hear what Mingan had just said. "B-but" She stuttered on her words not being able to even form a sentence.

She had just gotten there and how in the world did Mingan know when she hadn't even phased since the first time she moved here. "It's okay," Mingan said in a soft tone as she brought her hands to rest over Elike's.

"I know you won't hurt me because trust me I know people that are like you" She explained wanting to make suer Elike wouldn't panic as much as she was right now at this moment. "And besides I'm just like you" Mingan whispered with a small wink.

"Really?" Elike asked star struck. She knew there were other shapeshifters since the first time she came here but she didn't think they were gonna accept her since she wasn't apart of their bloodline.
