Chapter 4: What's yours?

Finally the class ended after some boring hours.

Our next was to head for chemistry. Wonder what Toby got to say about my earnings today.

I got this attitude like wearing different earing each day and all she says is that it is beautiful or something she ask me where I got it from.

It do annoys me sometimes but I just take it for granted.

I sat on my usual place. The lab smell as usual.

Chemical mixed with different perfumes including girly and men.

The lab smell always stays the same even though the windows are open.

The lesson begins and still no sign of Toby.

And there's came Zender in. He had the same look as in the morning.

At the same time Mrs Clinton came towards me and told both a good and bad news.

First the bad news is that Toby got transferred because of his dad's new job.

And the good news is that Zender is going to be my new lab partner.

First he stared at me and then gave me one of the handsome boy smile.

I smiled back. Butterflies did back flips in my stomach.

I don't know him in my life but it sees like we could be friends in the future or maybe something else.

Who knows about that.

We did some experiments together and we touch each other's hand by accident.

It was hard to talk to him with everyone around.

"So you must be Zender." I said finally.

"Yah." He said. "And what's yours."

"Jamelia."

"That's a beautiful name."

"Thanks."

We continued our conversation until it was time to sperate for us to take lunch.
