✿ Chapter 14 ✿

It's morning

Shoto's POV
I was sitting in his bedroom, thinking about what was he going to do since N/N was more distant to him since the ball last night, he was in thought unil he was interrupted by a knock by the door
"Come in"
The door opened to reveal N/N, she was standing nervously, she was wearing a white dress that had a green jacket-like design, elbow sleeved, with vine patterns and some pink flowers for additional detail and it was below knee length dress, she was wearing brown boots for shoes.
(I'm bad at explaining things)

I stood up and walked towards her
"So about the other night"
We both say at the same time
"Oh, you go first" N/N said
"No, you go first" I remarked
We both lightly giggled

"I just want to say sorry about what I said, I was a little flustered when it happened since... Well... I thought you would be happy with Yaoyoruzu, since she's so perfect, but after I met her, she also had different intentions about her life and uh... Yeah... That it" She explained, while rubbing her arm
I was a little shock from her, but I unconsciously hugged her, I rested my chin on her head "It's alright" I reassured

During that time I felt calmer and more relaxed as I heard my heart beating

Y/N's POV
I was wrapped in Shoto's arms, it was relaxing until he unwrapped them
We both look at each other, I was looking at his heterochromatic (if that's how you spell it) eyes, it was pretty quiet, until he broke the silence
"Do you mind if I show you something?" He asked
"Sure... where we going?" I answered
"Somewhere special that I go to recollect my thoughts and be alone" He responded

Now I was more curious about it

Ariana's POV
I was walking near the halls looking at the artifacts and paintings on the walls until when I turned to a hall and saw the Prince hugging the Island girl, I was mad at the sight since It could ruin my revenge plans, I knew I had to do something until an idea popped in my head, I smiled mischievously knowing that this idea could finally get rid of that Island girl

Y/N's POV
Shoto was leading me to his special place, while he was holding my hand, but I didn't really mind, we were pretty far from the castle
"We're here" he said
It had the ocean view, it was grassy, it had a few flowers growing in it, it was very relaxing, we sat down in the field, the sound of the waves were relaxing

"It's beautiful" I said
"I know, I go here and be whatever I want with no one telling me what to do" He remarked "Where I can live in my own world besides sailing away from it" He added
"I see, but I also came here, to find my own family since I've lived in my world for so long that I have felt that their the missing piece in my life" I explained

Author's POV
Shoto felt comfortable with her especially with her honesty with her soothing voice, he looked at her

I close my eyes and I can see
The world that's waiting up for me
That I call my own
Through the dark, through the door
Through where no one's been before
But it feels like home

N/N was surprised that Shoto could sing when he seemed so quiet, But she admitted that he had a very good voice and just continued to listen while putting her head on his shoulder

Shoto then stood up and led Y/N to the beach, there was some rocks near the water, they both climbed up on it, Shoto held N/N while she was climbing on it, making sure that she wouldn't slip while climbing on it
