Dear Diary

Dear Diary,
Why are you so homely?
You're the place where my dreams come true
You pick me up when all else seems lost
You're a fantasy that is begging to be read
Every time your cover is opened, the
Things in this world just make sense.

Dear Magnificent Diary,
Why does it seem that this reality,
Is as frayed as space?
Masses upon masses of flying stars.
Crashing into one another and
No one seems to notice.
Yet every time I look up at the sky
All I can see is the glow of a,
Galaxy that is billions of light years away.

Dear Anxious Diary,
Why do you never reply?
You hold my darkest secrets,
My deepest wishes and
Advice I can never ask others.
So why don't you reply back
I've been waiting to hear from you.

Dear Aggravated Diary,
Your fourth-grade advice doesn't help anymore
I stood up to that bully, and ended up with a black eye
I wore nice cloths, still went straight to the bathroom crying
My crush totally blew me off for, my hot classmate with a scooter.
My only comfort is cuddling with my cat.
Next time just stay at home under my pillow.

Dear Shattered Diary,
You never seem to listen
Your blank pages speak wonders
Your old, tattered pages frighten me like a horror story
Your memories casted away like an old pirate ship
Your only helpful advice was,
When you finally decided to close.

Dear Closed Diary,
Don't show your face again
Don't talk to me again
Don't look at me again
Because this time I'm,
Shutting you for the last time
