After joining the school band, Kai falls in love with his upperclassman and new friend, Choi Beomgyu. Little does he know, the sweet, gentle Beomgyu he knows isn't all that he seems to be.

Later in the evening, Kai had just finished showering after completing all of his math homework.
Should I start getting ready for bed now..? he thinks as he sees the time is already 11:30 pm.
Just then, his phone vibrates and lights up, showing a new message from Taehyun. It seems like he had just come home from late night cram school. Kai grabs his phone from his desk and flops forward onto his bed.

Kai sits up on his bed, thinking for a minute while the tingling sensations he felt earlier in the evening resurface. Something warm was bubbling up from his very core as he recalled how Beomgyu held onto his wrist the whole walk back home. Is it too early to tell Taehyun? I literally JUST met Beomgyu-hyung today...
Well, Kai had never been the type to hide things well from Taehyun.

By the time Kai knew it, it was already the next Wednesday, A.K.A. the day of the first school band meeting. Kai's heart is racing from being nervous of meeting the other band members. Or maybe it was because today he would see Beomgyu-hyung, who seems to do weird things to his heart.
