Once An Angel
Dinonymous

He flies with a wing, of a crow or dove?
He lives not in earth, beneath or above?
He's to tempt people, to hate or to love?
He's a fraudster of soul and everything you have

Percieved as such, the cause of wrongs
King of fiery pit, where devil belongs
Known as provoker of mankind's vices
Since he fell and broke into pieces

He was not a horned angel until he has fallen
He's not wicked but his sanity was stolen
Coveted for more power, that pushed him to limit
Divine laws, for dominance, he had to omit

From kingdom of heaven, he was dispelled
Out of divinity, he raised a kingdom called hell
To reinforce his demons, he had to conquer
Massive follower he needs, people are the answer

Devoured by evil, will still he return?
Tint his wings white, angel reborn
Awaken the virtues, inside him dwell
Even the devil was once an angel

Who soar high the sky with the wings of a dove
And lives not in earth but in heaven above
Who tempts people not to hurt but to love
He's Once An Angel, once the guardian you have
