Smash! Right after Grandma and I had finished talking, that crazy owl came crashing through the window holding another note from Hogwarts, but this time it was less formal, I held it between Grandma and I so that we could both read.
Dear Winter, we are so sorry for the huge delay in this letter. We should have known Rocko (the owl) has a hard time delivering letters. As to the matter of you attending and teaching at Hogwarts, we would be delighted to have you if you are willing. Say hi to your grandmother for me!

Just as Grandma and I had finished reading we heard the faint sound of a garage door opening.
"That's Mom and Dad!" I squealed. I was so excited to show them the letters I could hardly breathe. I ran to the door, my Grandma close behind and happily showed my parents the letters. They were so proud to have a witch in the family! I couldn't believe it. I was going to Hogwarts!
