visualization is another must-have in shifting. visualization is where you can easily picture something in your mind, whether you've seen it a long time ago or it was just 5 seconds ago.
an exercise i found on wattpad that could improve your visualization:
1. hold a small object in your hand. (eg. pencil, apple, hand sanitizer)
2. study the object for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
3. close your eyes and give your best attempt to try and remember what the object looks like.
4. keep practicing until you remember completely what the object looks like
if you do this everyday (x2 if you can), it will improve your visualization a ton.
