some foods would make you hyper-active, which will affect your shifting. especially if it's a sleep method. some foods could help you though. some of these are,,1. fresh fruits and vegetables
2. nuts
3. whole grain bread
4. brown rice
5. seeds
6. fresh herbsanother good thing to do is hydrate.
hydration is very important when it comes to shifting. you need to be relax and well-rested to be able to shift. tea is also a very good product to use when shifting, given as it'll make you calm and in-control.if you are using a non-sleep method, avoid all dairy products the night that you are shifting, these make you tired and sleepy which will make you fall asleep during the process.
