8. Why?!

Buttercup pov:
I ended the song and Arc and I locked eyes.
Everyone was cheering and I couldn't stop myself.
I kissed Arc in front of everyone!
What was I thinking?!
I saw that Arc seemed suprised and he smiled.
"I thought we would keep this a secret?" he whispered.
"Screw that."
This time he kissed me and we left the 'stage'.
"Since when are you two a thing!?" an angry voice yelled and Sage walked to us.
"Crap." Arc said.
"Buttercup, we gotta talk." Sage said.
"A- about what?"
But Sage seemed to angry and I just followed her after that I motioned to Arc that I'm sorry.

Arc pov:
"Are you kidding me?" a sad voice said once Buttercup followed Sage.
I turned and saw Ciara standing in front of me.
"Ciara-"
"I thought we had somehing Arc..."
"Wait- you did...?"
"Us. Our secrets. Our stories. I thought we had something special. Guess I was wrong..."
"Ciara..."
But she ran off and Prudy followed her.
Warwick looked at me.
"So Buttercup acctually dragged you down... Damm bro..."
"Warwick... C'mon..."
"I gotta check on my acctuall friend."
He wanted to go after Ciara and Prudy but I grabbed his arm.
"So just because I'm dating a Kraken means that we're not longer friends?"
"Krakens and Feniksen aren't ment to be. Feniksen are loyal. Krakens are the worst."
"Buttercup isn't like that!"
"Really bro? Defending her instead of going after Ciara?"
Warwick shoke his head as he left.

And like things couldn't get any worse, Sienna showed up.
"Hey Arc! Do you have your answer yet?"
"Sienna, what are you doing here!?"
"Dad told you that I would find you for the answer."
"I mean here at the knightschool! If anyone sees you-"
"Just tell me if you're coming with me or if I need to kill you."
"Kill me!?"
"Yea, when you're not joining us, I need to kill you because you know where our camp is."
"You're joking. Right?"
"Does it look like I'm joking?"
"Look, now is a really bad time. Can't we discuss this stuff later?"
"One. Day. I'll be back tomorrow."
"But-"
"That's all I can guaranteed. Otherwise I wouldn't be suprised if dad would come here for you. You wouldn't want that to happen would you?"
"No! My friends would hate me for that!"
"They will hate you anyways."
I sighed and Sienna left.
"Who was that?" a voice said and I turned.
"Sir Gareth! Uhh..."

Buttercup pov:
Sage looked at me.
"You're dating a feniks!? Really?"
"I..."
"Feniksen are stupid losers!"
"Arc isn't!"
"Oh puh-lease!"
"Sage I-"
"It acctually hurt though. That you picked Arc over me."
"What?"
"With that song. I found the pieces..."
"Sage it wasn't like that I-"
"Decide now."
"Wait what?"
"Be his little girlfriend. Or be my bestfriend."
"You can't ask me to choose between you two!"
"Fine."
Sage just walked away.
"Sage!" I said with tears in my eyes.
Great... Worst idea ever...

I wanted to walk back to Arc but I saw a girl walking away from him and then he started to talk to sir Gareth.
What the hell was going on?

Arc pov:
"Well?" Sir Gareth said.
I sighed.
"If I told you the truth... Please don't kick me off the knightschool..."
Sir Gareth looked at me questioning.
"Depends on."
"It kinda starts when I got that arrow in my chest... Buttercup left to get help but Raver acctually helped me. Then he claimed to be... to be my dad. I don't even know if it's true though, because I left home when I was young because my mom got killed and... That girl, that's Sienna. She claims to be my twinsister. I have no idea if she is but... They want me to join their side. Not that I want to betray Astoria. I just have no idea what to do..."
"Well that's a lot. I'm suprised that you would tell me something like that."
"So you don't kick me off the knightschool?"
"Even if Raver is your dad. You already showed that you're nothing like him."
"So what should I do? Since Sienna is gonna kill me if I don't join them, literally."
"Why don't you try to convince Sienna to fight on our side?"
"You'd think that would work?"
"You can always try."
"Thanks sir Gareth. But please, don't tell anyone about the whole Raver and Sienna thing."
"I won't. It's not my secret to tell."
"Thank you sit Gareth."
Sir Gareth left and I sighed.
"How do I convince someone who I don't even remember?"
I lost a lot of my memories when my dad (not Raver) and I fled from Seagate to Astoria, I fell with my head on a rock once.
Mabey all of it was true? No... That would be insane, wouldn't it?

Buttercup stood a few feet away.
"Hey..." she said.
"Hey..."
"How did it go with the fenikssquad?"
"I'm pretty sure they hate me..."
"Same goes for Sage..."
"Sorry..."
"It's my fault. I kissed yiu in front of everyone."
"I kissed back."
Then Buttercup's expression changed.
"And what about that other girlfriend?"
"Who?"
"I saw you with her. Like five minutes ago!"
"What? No! She's nothing like that!"
"Then who is she?"
"I can't tell you..."
"Why not?"
"Because it's complicated."
"It isn't. You are."
Buttercup left too and I sighed.
"Oh come on! Today went from perfect to the worst in like 10 seconds!"
