CHAPTER FOUR

Beast pov

"Ok let's take it from the top one more time, what happened?"

"I already told you what fuckin happened I-" Scarlet put her hand on my arm and gave a small shook of her head when I looked at her, I knew what she was telling me

Don't kill the cop, it won't be worth it

I sighed before starting the story all over again

Flashback

"we have to tell her soon" said Blade, talking for the first time since we been here.

Smiles nodded his head "The sooner we tell her, the sooner we can take her home" we all nodded but Hillary shook her head.

"She won't go without-" she got cut off by the sound of someone falling down the steps and loud cries of being in pain

We all jumped up and sped walked to the steps, standing at the top of the stairs stood a figure.

By the state the person on the floor and the person on top of the stairs are in, I already knew what happened without having to be told, and I was pissed

I watched as my dad leaned down to check if the person was breathing while everyone stood frozen, holding their breath,l. By now, 3 more figures showed up at the top of the stairs

"He's got a pulse"

"After my dad said he was alive, we called the cops, why? I have no fuckin idea" I said whispering the last part, while looking at Emery, who looks like she is going to throw up at any second

What I told the cop wasn't a complete lie, I just didn't tell them everything, I didn't tell them how Emery came running down the stairs and jumped In my arms crying her eyes out cause she thought she was in trouble for pushing him down the stairs

I didn't tell him how, once we all found out what happened, Killer and Blade took turns beating the shit out of him when he woke back up

He tried to rape Emery, he's lucky he's not dead

The only reason he isn't dead and that the cops are here instead of us handling it, is cause of Emery and Millie

Emery was worried that the guys would get into trouble if they killed him, no one wanted to tell her that this was nothing to us cause she honestly looked afraid for them

Millie said that the cops needed to be called cause "The bad man needs to go to jail so he won't do this again" and again, we could have handled it ourselves, but she's just a little girl, even though her brother said he deserves to die

I love that kid

The cop that was talking to Emery came and whispered something in the jackass's, the one I'm talking to, ear

He nodded and most of the cops started to leave, the ambulance already came and got that son of a bitch, and took him to the hospital

"I'm afraid I'm going to have to take Emery with me to the precinct- don't worry though, your not in any trouble, it was self defense, we just need it in writing so we can send him to jail" he added as Emery started to cry and we all stood in front of her while Jess went to comfort her along with Millie and Max

Killer nodded "Can one of us go with her to comfort her while there?" He asked but it didn't sound anything like a question, it was more of a demand

"Of course" the cop nodded, like he had a choice. Killer looked at Jessica and she nodded at him to go with her, if she was in any kind of trouble, Killer would be able to get her out of it

But Emery wasn't letting go of Jessica

"Uh, it's ok, you both can come, it's only going to take an hour or so"

Time skip

Emerys pov

Three flipping hours

I don't understand how it can take that long to do whatever they were doing to my statement

It was freaking me out, I wouldn't let go of Jessica, she gave me comfort, and I need as much as I can get right now. It's the kind of comfort I think I mother would give her child

Finally after waiting another 10 minutes an officer came in and said that we were allowed to leave, Killer nodded at them and came over to us and helped me back in my jacket

I really didn't mean to push him down the stairs I just got so panicked that I freaked and pushed him off of me when he started to undo the buttons on my shirt

I didn't want to hurt him, even if he dose deserve it.

I just hope everyone believes me

When we got home, I felt even more guilty when I found the living room cleaned up from our slumber party

I was supposed to help

"Hun, are you ok?" I looked up to see that it was Scarlet who asked me that

I shook my head at her as tears started to go down my face again, she stood up and ran over to hug me "I didn't mean to hurt him I-" I was cut off as Blade slammed his fist into the wall out of anger, I jumped

"Don't feel sorry or guilty for doing what you had to do to get him off of you, he would have done way worst to you if you hadn't of done what you did" he told me, looking completely confident in what he just said that I immediately believed him

With a smile I said "Thanks......I am sorry I wasn't here to help clean up though, we was there for three flipping hours" I said with annoyance in my voice, looking at Nonna and Kala for the last part.

Beast chuckled "Flipping?" He asked me with a smirk, I glared at him

"Yes flipping, the other word is.....dirty" I told him with a pout

"You mean the word fuck?" I gasped as they all laughed, I blushed and looked down

"Yes" I answered

"Anyway" said Jessica, before Beast could reply back "I have something we really need to talk about with you Emery" she told me with sad eyes

"I....um..ok" I am so confused right now, what did I do.......Dang it, is this about the chocolate I promised her....I think it is melted in my pocket.....can't give it to her now, I'll just apologize to her

"I'm so-" before I can finish though, Brittany walks in through the front door, we all just stare at her

When did she leave?

"What?!" She snaps "Is there something on my face?"
