Summary: After your last life came to a rather unfortunate end, you find yourself in your next form, a Grim Reaper or Death God. How long will it take for you to find your soulmate again? Only time will tell.

  You met Sebastian in a time before life, humanity specifically. There wasn't a name for the creatures you were, and even after the creation of life there wasn't a name for you two.

You grew close in that life, despite the short amount of time it lasted. You learned to grow, to love, to feel joy, to feel sadness, and many other things all from eachother.

"Do you promise to stay with me forever?" You asked, linking pinkies with him.

"Of course." He connected his head with your hand-like limbs in a kiss or a seal. You followed suit. And then after, the rest of your existence remained the same.

That life ended soon, far too soon, with the creation of humanity. The forced wiped out you, him, and all the other creatures like yourself. However, you found yourself again in life, on Earth this time.

There was hardly anything spectacular about those first several lives. As you look on it now, you were practically animals despite your more intelligent capabilities. It did set in stone a fact, that no matter what life you led, you would meet Sebastian.

Your more interesting lives hardly began as a human, but it was more fun. You met "Sebastian", at the time his name was Esmond, when he was the son of a wealthy land owner. Similarly, you were the daughter of another wealthy land owner. In this life, your eternal connection was easy to reach again. Your parents had you married off to eachother, in the most official way it was done before real law and such, and you two lived that life happily until your rather earily death.

Other lives weren't nearly as easy. In some, you both reincarnated as men or women. Despite how normal the relationship felt to you two, the world at the time was not that kind of place. Then, there was lives where you lived in vastly different classes. Once monarchies were established, you were reborn as the princess of a kingdom while Sebastian was the poorest of the poor. That was when you found out that there were lives where you two never ended up meeting.

Sebastian died at a young age of 12 from a cold frost and starvation. You lived until your 20s, waiting to meet him again, when you died from an attack against the kingdom by other rich people who wanted to be king.

You two lived many human lives before you two found a way to a new world. In that life, your family was considered heretics, hidden in the forests because you weren't followers of the church. At the time, there was a different name for who you were, but now you'd compare yourself to a witch.
