{I want a family}

"Can I talk to you?" Ron asked you as he sat next to you. You turned your head to look at him. "Sure." You smiled. "Is everything okay?"

"Everything's fine." He reassured you. "There's just been something that's been on my mind, and I'd kind of like to get it off of my chest." He explained, and you listened intently. "This family came into the Ministry this morning. They were the nicest family you could ever meet." He told you. "They had two children and one on the way." He was intently focused on your reaction. "Okay." You said, before allowing him to continue. He took your hands in his.

"Honestly, it's made me really broody." He laughed, awkwardly. He looked down at your hands intertwined with his. "I really want a baby (Y/n)." He looked at you, but before you could reply, he carried on speaking. "I know that it's quite forward, but I love you (Y/n), and I have for years. I want us to start a family together." Of course, you wanted a family with Ron. The only thing that you wanted was to spend your life with him. He was your everything and so much more. Inside your chest, you felt your heart beating fast with excitement. When you hadn't said anything, he panicked. "Obviously, you don't have to say yes, right away, or ever, if that's not what you want; I just thought I'd propose the idea, and see what happ-"

"Yes." You said, interrupting him, knowing that you might not get a word in edgeways.

"What?" He asked, in disbelief.

"Let's start a family." You told him as you watched his face light up. "Really." You added, to make sure that he believed you. "I'm so happy." He smiled, kissing you, before continued to imagine the sound tiny feet running around your house.
