Thirst For Revenge

Chapter Seven

Narrator's POV

Kira was still hiding in her tent oblivious of what was going on in Kayden's tent. Kayden was with those strange men who were searching for Kira. He someone knew about it. He was with them in their mission of killing Kira. He never loved her from the start and all those things they did together was for his mission. His father was killed by her in some drug deal that went wrong. So his father's people also killed Kira's father. He vowed to his father to get revenge and kill Kira too since she was her father's priced possession.

Her father's mafia gang was powerful so he will gain all the power if he did that. Sometimes he thought he had feelings for her but once he remembered his father he would think the other way. He is only her so called boyfriend to get his mission completed. He fell in love with Lucy. He wanted to be everything she had then he would break her and end her completely. She really trusted him but he sees it as a way to kill her but there was one mistake he did not know that Kira has started becoming suspicious of him. Yes she does not know his real identity but she was still suspecting that he was cheating on her.

The three men told Kayden to finish the job sooner and that the mafia gang was getting impatient. He told them that he has it under his control so they should not come looking for her again.

Kira's POV

I could not sleep for the whole night knowing that someone wants me dead and someone very close to me is helping them or is part of them but I don't know who. It is very frustrating to not know how and how I can protect myself. At this point I don't even know who I can tell and who I can't.

It could be Kayden? Lucy? Vincent? Someone I offended? I don't really know. I went outside the tent and saw that everyone was ready to go so I disassembled the tent and packed up thing and sent them to the bus. Vincent was already in so I went in and he got up for me to go to the window side then he sat down.

Kayden also came in with Lucy but something seemed off and I couldn't put a finger in it. The bus started moving since everyone was on. The ride from our location to the school was just three hours. In three hours time we reached the school and everyone started taking their things preparing to go home. I also took mine out and went in the car. I waited for Vincent to finish so that I could tell him being with him was fun and I was going home since I was tired.

He came around and I told him that and left. When I reached home the lights were off so I thought mum must not be home. I opened the door with the spare key and entered with my things. The lights suddenly came on and I saw that insanely hot stranger from the park on my couch. Like seriously he was hotter than freshly brewed coffee. He is so fucking hot in the sweat pants and a matching shirt. He was looking at me dead in the eye. You know one thing about him his eyes were so cold yet so captivating. I could not tell the emotions he held in them.

It was so empty but that is what make me want him more. I want to know more about him. Fuck Kayden I want to have this man.

"We meet again Kira"

"How do you know my name?"

"It's a secret darling"

"Please don't hide anything from me I want to know what is going on"

"Don't worry you will know but remember what I told you don't trust anyone around you"

"My life was in danger today you know" I said casually.

"Yes I do know about that"

"Wait you were there?"

"Yes I follow you everywhere"

"Dude whatever your name is stop stalking me it's fucking creepy"

"My name is Damon. I'm Italian that's all you need to know for now. Bye miss Kira till we meet again"

The lights suddenly went off again and came back on but he was not there he was long gone. Damon I see what a nice name. Anyway I am tired so I will freshen up and go to sleep early so that I can wake up early for school tomorrow. If Damon said my questions will be answered soon then I don't have to worry but I will have to be careful around people from now.

Damon's POV

I left Kira's house and went back to mine. I moved in here a few days ago when I heard of this news. That son of a bitch Kayden I will make sure that Kira kills him with her bare hands. Kira is very innocent and that is what I like about her. She likes everyone without even thinking about who they are and what they have done or will do. I was her father's right hand man he told me to take care of her daughter for someone will be after her life and that was what I vowed to do. I had to leave the gang house in Italy and come here to California just for her sake.

I really do love her and I was broken once and that is how I became like this. A cold hearted killer who hated people and one word "Trust". When she finds out about Kayden she will become like me too and to be honest it will really hurt her. I loved too and was betrayed now the word love sounded bitter to me. Kira is just something else there is something in her that pulls me closer to her.

I will wait when she hears of this news and decides to kill Kayden I will take her to Italy and take through the training along with the remaining gang members for her to put an end to Kayden and Lucy once and for all.
