fuck covid

my boyfriend asymptomatically tested positive for covid.
i know i shouldn't worry so much, but him telling me his results came positive really triggered me because earlier this year i had an older cousin i was close to pass away from it. i know he will be okay, but i can't help my anxiety.

i tested negative, but i'm going to get retested on Tuesday to be sure since i have been around him. ugh. this day just sucks. it's really, really sucks. i don't know what to do to calm down. i don't know, i don't know, i don't know.
