Dalek Sec is the leader of The Cult of Skaro, and is also known as "The Cleverest Dalek Ever", as said by The Doctor in "Evolution Of The Daleks". The other cult members include daleks Cann, Jast and Thay.

Origin: Dalek Sec was originally a bronze dalek, who was the commander of the seventh incursion squad
How Sec got into this universe: Sec was transported into The Infinity Guardians universe, after a failed temporal shift. After contacting the other cult members, he went into the city to find information about where he was. After gaining enough information, he eventually heard word about Aperture Science, and their new portal device. Sec traveled to Aperture to take th blueprints of the portal gun, and use them make his own dimension skipping technology...

Brain Extraction: Capable of extracting information by sucking out the brains of their apponants using their plunger attachment
Immortality: Daleks have the ability to live forever, however, they can rot, and turn into a pile of sludge
Time Travel and Dimension Skipping: In the episode "Doomsday", Sec and the other cult members escape the battle of canary wharf using an emergency temporal shift, taking them to 1930s New York. After the destruction or the dalek human hybrids, and the death of Sec, the final member, Dalek Cann escapes into the time war using an emergency temporal shift too
