Had been for 4 years. SO why had his mind never realised that Bettys diary is probably full of them. And her Thoughs about everything they'd done
He snatched The diary she talked about and flipped to a page. Obviosly The wrong page, he'd soon learn.
"Dear diary, I thought tonight would be it, that night i've imagiened for 5 years now. I thought it finally would be me and Archie. I told him how i felt, and how i thought we could become a power couple, "cheerleader and star quarterback""
Jughead grimaced. This wasn't what he wanted to read about. He wanted The pages of him.
Flipping through a few more pages he finally caught a glance of his name

Dear diary
Today i convince Jughead to join The school newspaper with me.

OR maybe he was. I don't actually know. Sometimes not even i can pick up Jughead sarcasm. It's like he adds sarcasm onto sarcasm and all that's left is... Well confusion."

She sat down beside him when he looked through her old thoughts and feelings. Jughead chuckled at th descrubtion of him and his sarcasm
" You know, did you actually wanna join or did you just join bc i practically begged you"
"NOT to sound cheesy but i kinda just wanted to be with you, because you know, at the time. Me and Archie where back to being friends and I thought that if i joined and got to be closer to you we could of rebonded... I certainly don't regret that decision" He smiled towards her and she put her chin on his shoulder
"Dear diary Jughead FOLLOWED me to the Sister of quiet mercy, where Polly is, pregnant and without any intell on what's happening outside of That place. But that isn't The most exiting thing that happened.... Jughead placed a ladder to my window and climbed up it, and after that. He kissed me. Not to sound cliche but it really felt like fireworks... "Ex-Girlfriend" He muttered. Oh why oh why did Veronica and Kevin have to come at this point when all he wanted to do was sit and turn to dust in the blue and gold office, maybe cry over her a little.
"Wait Jughead did you just say Ex-girlfriend?" Veronica was staring at him with wide eyes.
"I mean, I guess technically she's kinda my girlfriend but like not really bc like-" He sighed "-We're on a break"
