Before you read this chapter I would like to address something. I found out recently that this story was reposted to a site I already had it posted. I would like to say here and now that I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO REPOST TO ANY SITE, this story is already posted to Quotev (where I do my writing for the chapters), Wattpad, and Archive of Our Own. I will not be naming anyone or doing/saying anything negative, I just needed to address this. Reposting without permission is plagiarism even if you credit the author's name. This story is something I've worked hard on and I'm glad people love this story and have the urge to share it with others but there are many problems with this, first is you need permission from the author to even repost it, second is the fact that while you didn't write or create it yourself you are taking the support away from the original creator. I do appreciate the sentiment but I'm afraid there are going to be problems. I love all my readers and I write to make their day's and with 2020 the way it is we all need an escape. I hope you all understand that I do not appreciate reposts, if you asked me in DM/PM then I might let you but with this story already on 3 different sites I don't need it to be reposted. I'm sorry about this but it needed to be said. - Skye 12/5/2020

----~~~----

Izuku had to stay inside for a couple of weeks to let his leg heal, Toshi would reprimand him if he messed with the healing process even more but sometimes he just liked to laugh at his suffering. Toshi sent a text saying Rabbit was an idiot and got hurt. Eraser freaked out, he just saw them back in the field and now they were injured. Izuku was sure Toshi gave him whiplash with all the trouble Izuku was getting into.

Mei stopped by their house after Izuku gave her their address and since Izuku couldn't move around much they made inventions while Toshi did his homework. Mei was worried when she realized that Izuku couldn't walk for a while but she never really knew how it happened. Though this gave her new ideas that Izuku helped her with.

At night Toshi would help Izuku onto the roof and they would send selfies to the group chat letting the hero and detective know they were in fact alive.

Toshi could go on patrol by himself but he didn't have that much experience as Izuku so he opted to only go on patrol with him or stay home, plus Izuku liked this since he didn't want Toshi to ruin his chances for UA by being caught during a patrol.

Izuku has also thought about what he wanted to do in life, while he is a vigilante and he basically graduated high school he would need a job and money to take care of himself. Toshi was going on to be a hero and Izuku was stuck. He wanted to be a hero he really did, and finally, UA got rid of the rule where quirkless students couldn't apply. But there were other problems than the rule.

The HPSC, the government, the public, and the heroes in the field right now.

The HPSC is a given for this problem since they control the hero licenses and work actively with the government and police force. Yes, you needed a license to be a hero but it's mostly for your quirk, Izuku doesn't have one and he could already tell they would be dicks. The Hero Commission is probably the biggest obstacle since they don't want quirkless people to be heroes, they think being quirkless makes you weak and glass. It pisses Izuku off. Plus Izuku doesn't trust the Hero Commission from doing everything they can to make sure he isn't a hero.

The government would have a fit. While Izuku is quirkless he is also an orphan at the moment, his mother left and he is taking care of himself and his friend. The CPS would come in right away and force him into the foster system where Izuku would be fucked, he knew that people wouldn't treat him right and what's to stop the foster family from being the same way.

The public would be the worst to deal with the news of a quirkless hero course student. People are dicks, Izuku knows this, teachers are the worst people to teach students and they infect the minds of kids who think quirks define someone. The public would react badly to Izuku if the news was made public, they would fight to get him removed and that sucks.
