Timeline for Participants

❖ WINTER 2021
• Applications for participants and judges open on December 1st
• All judges are needed by January 25th
• Applications for participants are accepted until January 25th
• Judging needs to be done by February 25th
• Results come out on February 28th

❖ SPRING 2021
• Applications for participants and judges open on March 1st
• All judges are needed by April 25th
• Applications for participants are accepted until April 25th
• Judging needs to be done by May 25th
• Results come out on May 28th

❖ SUMMER 2021
• Applications for participants and judges open on June 1st
• All judges are needed by July 31st
• Applications for participants are accepted until July 31st
• Judging needs to be done by August 25th
• Results come out on August 28t

❖ FALL 2021
• Applications for participants and judges open on September 1st
• All judges are needed by October 20th
• Applications for participants are accepted until October 20th
• Judging needs to be done by November 20th
• Results come out on November 28th

❖ SUMMER 2021
• Judging officially starts on July 31st
• Three out of five books need to be scored by August 15th
• The other two books need to be scored by August 25th

❖ FALL 2021
• Judging officially starts on October 20th
• Four out of six books need to be scored by November 10th
• The other two books need to be scored by November 20th
