Spencer and I are in the car on our way home from one of those bad cases. This one hurt me more than him because it brought up issues from my past. All the victims were teenage girls who were abused by their parents. The unsubs parents used to hurt her anytime they were mad, just like my parents. And just when i thought it couldn't get any worse the unsub and victims all looked like me.

When we got in the car Spencer immediately put his hand on my thigh and I put my hand over his. I've been looking out the window the whole time. Knowing that as soon as I start talking about this I will break. Spencers breathing changed a few times like he was going to say something but I guess he changed his mind because he never said anything.

When we arrive home Spencer and i just sit there for a minute before Spencer gets out of the car, but I don't move. Spencer comes over to my side and opens the door for me.

"Come on Pretty Girl I know what's going on in that pretty little head of yours. We can talk about it if you want to but i think it would be a good idea to go inside first"

I nod my head and Spencer unbuckles my seatbelt.  I still don't move and tears start to form in my eyes.

"I know Pretty Baby I know" Spencer says softly while putting a hand on my cheek, his thumb rubbing under my eye.

"Do you want me to carry you Bubs?"

I nod my head

"Come here" He says as he comes closer to me. He lightly grabbed my hands and set them around his neck.  Spencer then grabs my legs and wraps them around his waist. I nuzzle my head into his neck and tighten my grip on him. He puts his hands under me to help support me.

Spencer held me as he walked through the door, up the stairs, and into our bedroom. He gently puts me down on the bed and lays down next to me and just holds me as I start to fall apart. I sob into his arms as he says nice little things that he knows make me happy. "It's okay Bubs I know what happened to you was terrible but you're okay now" "I love you so much Pretty Baby" "You are amazing" "You are so strong you know that Baby?" "I am so unbelievably proud of you Y/n"

He knows those nicknames make my heart melt. After a couple more minutes I pull away and look at him. Spencer gives me a short but loving kiss.

"Do you wanna take a bath Pretty girl?"

"Only if you join me" I say trying to give him a smile

"Deal" He says with a smile and kisses my nose.

"I'll be right back"

Ten minutes pass before he comes back. He puts out his hand and i take it. Spencer leads me into the bathroom and he slowly undressed me. He helps me into the bubble filled bathtub then undressed himself before getting in behind me. He wraps his arms around my waist and rubs my shoulders for a few minutes. He only stops when I lean my head onto his shoulder and look into his eyes. Spencer gives me a kiss.

"I love you so much Bubs"

"I love you more Spencie"
