Masqueraze x ReaderPronouns: They/Them
Well, I never though I'd end up here, but here I am. Writing about the one I simp for. A black and purple Lego man. *sighs*
This one is also shorter then usual, I'm sorry!
Also, let me know if I wrote any grammatical mistakes, Thank you!:D
Enjoy! ♡Masqueraze hummed slowly to the song you were singing. Winter Wonderland, to be more specific. Your feet moving to the beat of the song, your hair swaying from side to side, just like the wind out by the sea.
And your face. That beautiful smile, those pearly whites. And your (E/C) eyes. Oh, those eyes. He could stare into them all day.
He took in every little detail of your gorgeous face, his cheeks showing a tint of purple.
You were so beautiful.
~A few Minutes Earlier~
Masqueraze sighed when another person failed to answer his riddle correctly. "Dear god." He mumbled, his annoyance taking over.
Tonight was a Christmas Masquerade he had specially planned himself. He wanted things to be perfect, but he surprisingly couldn't find a singer.
But at the last few minutes before the Masquerade started, he found you.
The perfect singer.
He snapped out of his thoughts when the lights dimmed, the chatter died down, and he heard tapping of shoes.
Your shoes.
Then, the music started playing.
Masqueraze had put a list to the songs you'd have to sing, and you agreed.
On the list were a few songs like Santa Baby, Jingle Bells and other songs. He wanted the songs to be both new ones and old ones, like Let It Snow.
And one of his favourites, Winter Wonderland.
So, when the light shined on you and you started singing one of his favourite songs, he almost immediately fell in love.
~Time Skip Back~
Masqueraze clapped in delight when you finished singing your songs, and you bowed, smiling widely.
Everyone loved you.
You stepped down from the stage, making you way over to Masqueraze. He was waiting for you with a small smile on his face.
"(Y/N)! Take a seat!" He said, patting the seat besides him. You raised an eyebrow and smirked softly. "I thought I had to answer some riddle, hm?" You asked, making Masqueraze only chuckle.
"I'm offering you to sit with me, as a gift for singing for me. By the way, if I may add, your voice is gorgeous!" He exclaimed, and you looked down as you turned red.
"Oh dear, thank you. I'm flattered Masqueraze." You said, as you finally took your seat besides him.
Guests came and went by the table, until at the end it was full of people, who were happily chatting.
Most were talking to you, complementing your singing and performance. Masqueraze was talking to you, and you smiled widely. Masqueraze hummed in delight as he talked to you.
"Your singing is-" He got cut off by someone behind you.
"Wonderful, absolutely marvellous!" A familiar voice said. Turning around, you saw Goldity.
The Goldity.
Your mouth gaped open as you stared up at him with wide eyes. Goldity chuckled and held your chin, closing your mouth again. "Close your mouth (Y/N)." He said, and you continued to stare at him in shock.
"W-Wha? You're the Goldity!? The one and only!?" You said as excitement took over. "Oh jeez, I'm such a fan!" You said as you stood up, reaching your hand out to shake his.
"I'm flattered, really." He said, shaking your hand slowly.
Masqueraze looked at the two of you while you chatted, and he sighed.
He stood up slowly, and walked out towards the garden, his shoes clicking on the reflective floor.
As he walked around the garden, he heard footsteps behind him. Turning around, he saw you walking over to him, a smile on your face.
"Masqueraze? Why'd you leave? I was about to ask you to dance with me." You said, rubbing your arms in embarrassment.
Masqueraze's eyes widened, and he stepped towards you. "Really? I apologise (Y/N). I did not know." He said, feeling guilty.
"Well, to make up for it, May I have this dance?" He asked, holding his hand out for you to take.
And as you took it, you became shy and flustered.
You two danced slowly in the moonlight, the snow falling around you. The ground being covered in snow, you slipped a few times but Masqueraze always managed to save your fall.
No music, only the muffled chatter and the sound of your feet stepping in the snow were heard.
Unfortunately, you two's dance got cut short as one of the people walked out, calling for both of you.
It was time to say goodbye.
And as you were about to turn around, you felt Masqueraze holding your hand softly.
"I hope we meet again, (Y/N)." He said calmly as he kissed your hand.
"And I hope to meet you again soon in this Winter Wonderland."
